The suit in question was and old seersucker suitOriginally the suit in question was brought to us inSeptember to be cleanedWe cleaned the suit and sent it back to the customerHowever inDecember of the husband brought it back in for another cleaningWe could tell by the wrinkles
inthe sleeves and legs that the suit had been wornWe cleaned it and that is when the tan spotsappearedWe cleaned it twice and worked on the old stains and removed as much as possible withoutdoing any damage to the garment, most were removedThe one on the pants was lightened to the pointthat it could be wornWe explained to the customer some of the stains show up when cleanedThecustomer refused to pay on the suit she had left.The lady who talked to the customer was pleasant and we have a witness to the conversationThe ladywho spoke to the customer has been with us for over years and was trained by my late wife who wasa graduate of the national trade schoolIf it is necessary we can send the suit to the National Lab foranalysis.Enclosed is a brochure that we offer to all customers about stains in clothing.Sincerely,Dennis B***Owner
