We had a fence built two years ago, right away we started noticing issues. First, we couldnt open the gate so my husband removed it and re-positioned it. Then we started noticing it was leaning, slates started to fall and the panels detatched from the posts. They also extended the posts (The original fence was 4ft) which were not made to support the weight of the new fence. We complained, it took mknths for someone to come out. Finally when theh did, they admitted it was not built right, they threw in some staples and that was that. The issues quickly returned and when I contacted them again, they told me that they feel they have fulfilled their warranty obligations. I am now stuck with a fence that is barely standing, the slates are again falling and the panels are no longer attached to the posts. They also admitted that I over paid and never offered a refund.

Our warranty has expired, however after re-assessing the fence and gate onsite, we will preform the following repairs:
1. Re-attached top rail on mid-section
2. Remove and replace two fence boards that have dropped down from the center of one panel.
3. Remove and refit the gate in order for it to close properly.
