On Mar. 11th, a representative of the company came out to my home and made repairs. I would please like to cancel my complaint.

Installation of patio cover was done on 6/2/15. Customer owed per contract, $2300 for payment once build was completed, Amount paid was $2000.00, check # [redacted] (stated holding $300 until the columns were painted) and then another $300 once...

electrical complete. This left a $600.00 balance owing. Noted on the account was that they would pay once electrical done and downspout installed. Electrical was completed on 6/18/15. We had a change of office staff and unfortunately the downspout was overlooked. Upon auditing accounts, it was found that there was a balance due as well as a downspout that needed to be put on. On 11/24/15, [redacted] was called to advise we wanted to come out and put downspout on. He stated work was complete and no downspout needed. Shortly after the call, we received an email from [redacted] stating that we did not complete the work and that there was no balance owning. She stated that her father added a downspout and that we abandoned the job so no payment is owed. We advised her electrical had been done and no payment received as stated on contract. On 12/9/15, [redacted] stated that we would need to go through her attorney for any further correspondence. We have asked for the attorney contact information but have not yet received it. We are willing to split the difference of the $600.00 and ask that they pay the $300 for only the electrical work that was done.

Payment in the amount of $300 will be mailed to the company for the electrical work that WAS completed. I am glad they underatand not to collect payment for services they did not perform (downspout).

Please remove my complaint against SunBuster's. Shortly after I filed the complaint the owner came through and has installed a gutter as promised and is working on a repair/replacement for the hole in the top of the patio cover. I felt as...

if we were being put by the wayside when in fact we weren't. The owner of SunBuster's always ensured us we would be taken care of and my decision was a bit hasty on filing a BB complaint as my impatience intensified over the months. SunBuster's is an outstanding company that always takes care of its customer's. Thank you.
