Hello I had a 4:pm appointment with suncareI walked in on time at 4:25pm and it sounded like she had a customerI don't think she heard me come into her very small waiting area I sat there until 4:45pm and no one came out to greet meI stepped outside for a moment hoping that she would hear the door open and shut , I walked back in minutes later and she finally comes out and asked if I was ElizabethI said yes I have a 4:appointmentShe said I'm sorry but I took a walk in and she asked me if I wanted to come backI said no I don't live near by, and why would she take someone if I had an appointment? She shrugged her shoulders and she said that she will be with that customer another minutesSo on top of the minutes I have to wait a total of minutes and I had to pick up my daughter at 6pmThat was not going to work and I asked if she can give me a refund , she really did not care and just said well you made it thru [redacted] so you have to go thru themShe was not sympathetic to my time wasted and the minute drive it took me to get thereThat is horrible business, she should have apologized but did not have a care in the world She made it sound as if my [redacted] coupon was not worth her time and decided to take someone else at the very same time appointmentI also did confirm my appointment with her over the phone the night beforeI guess the person she took in was full price customer, so if she does not want a customer that have a [redacted] coupon she should remove herself from that website I don't know if she was the owner but her customer service was horrible I am so glad that [redacted] did refund me but this should not happen to anyone Sincerely, Elizabeth H

I had a 4:30 pm appointment with suncare. I walked in on time at 4:25pm and it sounded like she had a customer. I don't think she heard me come into her very small waiting area. I sat there until 4:45pm and no one came out to greet me. I stepped outside for a moment hoping that she would hear the door open and shut , I walked back in 2 minutes later and she finally comes out and asked if I was Elizabeth. I said yes I have a 4:30 appointment. She said I'm sorry but I took a walk in and she asked me if I wanted to come back. I said no I don't live near by, and why would she take someone if I had an appointment? She shrugged her shoulders and she said that she will be with that customer another 30 minutes. So on top of the 15 minutes I have to wait a total of 45 minutes and I had to pick up my daughter at 6pm. That was not going to work and I asked if she can give me a refund , she really did not care and just said well you made it thru [redacted] so you have to go thru them. She was not sympathetic to my time wasted and the 40 minute drive it took me to get there. That is horrible business, she should have apologized but did not have a care in the world. She made it sound as if my [redacted] coupon was not worth her time and decided to take someone else at the very same time appointment. I also did confirm my appointment with her over the phone the night before. I guess the person she took in was full price customer, so if she does not want a customer that have a [redacted] coupon she should remove herself from that website.
I don't know if she was the owner but her customer service was horrible.
I am so glad that [redacted] did refund me but this should not happen to anyone.
