The business is not licensed and the manager is a crook. [redacted] is a huge bully and unethical in dealings. I signed lease for a property with them, and within 12 hours was kicked out because owner of property never agreed to have property leased. I was then moved twice before I received call in am that I had to move again within 2 hours to an extended hotel in town. I had leased a beachfront condo! I was unable to move all belongings and they stole thousands of dollars of my property. These people are grifters who steal and have no right to be in business. I have notified St. Johns County police of these crooks.
By far the biggest fraud of a company I've ever seen...The owner is a crook and only cares about himself, he could care less about the customer or his property owners. They have made a living off of unethical business practices and I wouldn't trust them with a toy house, much less a real home. Consumer beware, if you do business with these people, YOU WILL BE SCREWED. Not a matter of if, it's when. Hands down the worst business in this city, state, even country. Do yourself a favor and do business with a real company who knows something about ethics and customer satisfaction. The real estate community agrees that he is an embarrassment to our profession, an absolute atrocity to ethical real estate agents and property managers.
