Great experience
I had a great experience with sunco. The salesman David was a great help! I got a residental solar storm 32 bulb 110 and love it! Did it take a while to get it yes but considering the pandemic and lack of supplies it was with the wait! David kept me informed of the progress and really nice and helpful I highly recommend Shipping insurance and a warranty. I tell everyone to buy from sunco

Only one week old and doesn't work, refuses to send someone to look at it or pick it up for a replacement.
I called on *** to report that my one week old bed was not working. The lights are very dim and no heat is produced at all. After one week of running it, nothing! I called twice and finally received a call back saying I had to pay someone to come look at the electrical system in my home. There are no issues in my home and my home accommodates the requirement for a tanning bed. I know how they work and this bed doesn't work after a week of running everyday for 15 minutes. I called and was told they couldn't send someone to look at it and I was required to hire an electrician. I said no, they should send a tech under the warranty - brand new purchase and it doesn't work. They refuse to do anything to make it right.

The worse part also was the delivery! The freight company they used couldn't drive the huge tractor trailer down my subdivision and transported it to another vehicle. The freight company did this in the rain and the box was soaked! I emailed and nothing was addressed about this. Sunco refuses to make this right and needs pick up the bed and refund my money.

I am seeking a pick up return for a supposedly new bed that doesn't work and refund my money.

Hello,

Our tech department has tried working with the customer. She is stating her bed is not tanning, so we asked for a voltage reading to ensure the bed is getting the adequate power to function properly. We would send a technician to work on a faulty bed, however a voltage reading has nothing to do with the bed itself; it is with the electrical wiring in the home. We cannot send a tech until we know what the issue is, and determining the voltage is the first step. The bed comes on like it is suppose to, so it is hard for us to know what is wrong without the voltage reading.

Our shipping and returns policy is located on our website. This explains that the freight ships with a semi truck, and that the freight company will call to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot control if they use a 17' trailer instead of a 53' trailer to deliver to smaller areas. It looks like the customer did in fact email regarding the shipping issues, and was responded to via email.

We are willing and ready to resolve whatever issues, and work through the warranty process with the cooperation of the customer.

I called twice about the bed and finally was able to speak to a tech on Monday. There is nothing wrong with the electrical output in my home. I was told I had to hire someone to check my system. My home was recently purchased 6 months ago and an indepth inspection was performed. I used a multimeter myself last night and it confirmed my voltage is just fine at the normal reading for 120v. The bed is supposedly brand new and will not tan. As I told the tech, the bulbs are very dim and absolutely no heat is produced. I asked to have someone on Sunco to assess the matter as it is brand new and under warranty. They offered no help in backing up their product and this is only the first time for a new purchase. If Sunco wants to uphold the contract and warranty they need to assess the faulty bed or replace on their dime. I shouldn't have to pay to ship a bad bed back when it was just purchased. I have a copy of the warranty and contract. Sunco needs to fix or replace at their cost.This is what is right and suitable for me as a consumer who purchased a supposedly brand new product.

I have tried calling many times and have never reached a "live person." This is extremely difficult with my line of work. I do not have access to a phone during the day and can only call (due to the hours of the company) at the end of the day. How can this be handled if it takes 2 days for a call back. I do not think it's fair that I have made a recent payment, yet have a supposedly brand new product that does not work. The recent payment should be refunded and further payments should be waived until Sunco can fix the product or pick up for a full refund.

I finally received a call yesterday and the company said they would ship out new bulbs. I'm not sure if this is going to work. Only time will tell if the issue of the bed not working is due to the bulbs. I asked for at least a one month credit/reimbursement as since the brand new bed was purchased it has not been able to be used. This has not been confirmed. It's not fair to purchase a brand new product of over $*** dollars and not have it work or receive credit for the time of not working.

Horrible customer service , left multiple message waited says for response. Shipping was a disaster. Said they would call the night before and did not showed up wanting to deliver no one was home since they did not call. Refused to deliver the next day .

Hello! I apologize for your experience thus far. I have looked into this. Unfortunately, the freight company is a third party and we have no direct control over them, however, they were supposed to call before delivery yesterday, and I understand from the freight company that you were supposed to have contacted them yesterday to schedule for today. I apologize for the miscommunication on the trucking company's part, because obviously they did not make it clear to you. I am happy to contact them on your behalf but the best they can do is deliver tomorrow or Friday. I would be happy to send you your choice of lotions to show our apologies for the freight company not following Sunco's instructions.

I purchased a commercial quality 220V tanning unit from Sunco Tanning Beds. After 5 weeks I received a complete disappointment to say the least. Some of the upgrades they advertised were complete valueless and didn't even fit the bed I purchased such as the fan and mp3 player. The quality of this bed is a absolute insult. Its completely assembled with cheap flimsy plastic parts. The acrylic on the top clam is separated from the unit exposing the bulbs. The shell of the unit is tin like plastic so thin and cheap it will crack with much use. The skirting they sent would not fit my bed. The bed is so poorly constructed I am in fear to sit or lay on it with my 150lb frame. I have used many commercial units as well had salons with quality beds in this same price range and this bed is far from adequate. The timer is lifted off the unit on one side, the buttons on it are so low quality when you push them you feel as though you will break one. I should add that you must push the buttons repeatedly before they actually respond. There are so many complaints with this bed there isnt room to add them all. I contacted the company only to be given the run around and no resolutions. I feel robbed of my $***

After many failed attempts by phone to resolve this issue I was given no options by Sunco. I asked for a refund. Sunco was not receptive. I was advised by my lawyer to pursue the matter with my credit card agency. Of which I did and was much happier with the outcome. Sunco did not reach out to me to address my issues further until *** which was 9 months after the purchase of the bed. I assume the only reason they did at that point was because of my Revdex.com complaint they were made aware of. Terrible customer service!

I purchased a tanning bed from this company, it took over a month to receive a tanning bed. Once I received the tanning bed, it was not the correct bed I ordered. I ordered the deluxe tanning bed with facial tanner, and the 36 month warranty. I received the cheapest bed the company has which is without the facial tanner and the skirt for the bottom of the bed. The bed looks like it was put together in someone's home or shed. There are wires showing and the top is extremely flimsy. I have documentation for the order, purchase receipts and warranty. I emailed the company and have yet to receive any acknowledgment from them. The bed I ordered was nearly more than the bed I received, and looks nothing like any of the beds they have online.

All transactions took place through email, which I have.

Exchange I would like to receive the bed I purchased from this company, instead of the bed they choose to send instead. I

Upon reviewing the customers account, her serial number matches the bed she ordered and received. The additional items (skirt, lotions, fan, mp3, etc.) are what make the bed a deluxe. We will ship the missing parts/items out via FedEx immediately.

The bed I ordered was the deluxe bed with a facial tanner, along with the bed skirt and other items. The bed I received DOES NOT have a facial tanner nor the bed skirt.

So there for you are mistaken when saying my order matched the bed I received. I have all the documentation and pictures to prove this in court if needed. I want the tanning bed I ordered with the facial tanner and deluxe items.

I've read numerous reviews in which this to send individuals the wrong items then never answer to complaints.

I either want my correct tanning bed sent to me with the correct items attached or I want my money back in full

The bed the customer received is the correct model, and only missing the skirt and has the incorrect lamps. Sunco has shipped out the correct lamps, and the missing skirt and is also letting the customer keep the incorrect lamps as an additional set .The only thing that makes the deluxe model different from the basic model is the additional items that comes with it; skirt, mp3 player, fan, lotion packets. Therefore the bed is still the exact same bed, the customer has received the deluxe items, and has been shipped the correct lamps and skirt.

The bed I purchased came 98% assembled with four parts to put the bed together. All four parts do not fit the bed. The bed is worthless.
I purchased a tanning bed from SunCo for almost ***. The bed took weeks to arrive. When it did I hired people to come assemble the bed. The bed cane 98% assembled with four parts that put bed totally together. All four parts sent with the bed are the wrong parts. Not one of them fits the bed. Not one of the parts look like the diagram in the instruction booklet. Not one of the parts match the picture of the parts on the same bed listed on their website. I have called everyday for three days and get transferred and hung up on. I've spoke to dozens of people who say they have to transfer me to someone else. I've sent nine emails to the company without a single response. I've done everything I can to get this resolved. What kind of company charges someone thousands of dollars and then sends them the wrong parts. So now I'm out the money and I still have no tanning bed. I feel scammed insulted and ripped off. I've spent hours of my time on hold only to get nowhere with this company. This company should have immediately overnighted the right parts and done the right thing. Someone should have shown me enough decency to respond to my complaints. I purchased the ***. This company didn't have to wait to take my money. But apparently it's alright that I wait with no product. There is only four parts to assemble. The bracket hinges and the suspension arms. BOTH WRONG PARTS!!! The worst has been getting jerked around everyday by numerous people who just transfer me to other people. Great customer service SunCo. I'm going to write reviews everywhere I can every single day because what you've done to me is wrong. Now I have to pay to haul this *** piece of useless garbage out of my home. And hire an attorney to sue for damages. All because this company couldn't send the right parts or have the decency to replace the wrong parts. How this company stays in business is beyond my comprehension. And how they have a good rating with the Revdex.com really amazes me. I feel ripped off, scammed and completely insulted. Great work SunCo. So glad I spent my money on your defective product. May take me forever and may cost me a lot more money but I'm not going to sit by and be scammed out of my money. Because it's the principle. Those parts probably cost ***. And you charged me *** for this useless tanning bed. I'm out another *** to have help assembling it. Except that clearly didn't happen because whoever packages your product was too incompetent to send the RIGHT PARTS!!!! I have sent so many emails asking for help it's ridiculous. I hope the Revdex.com reviews this and does something because what your company has done to me is very very wrong. How hard is it to send replacement parts?? The resolution I am seeking is this company immediately overnight two hinge brackets and two suspension arms for the *** bed. I want someone from this company to provide proof they have sent the right parts immediately to my address listed on original purchase. And I'd like someone to contact me to tell me when the right parts were shipped out overnight.

We sent her the correct parts on ***, *** tracking number ***, and they were delivered on ***. I also spoke with her on *** over the phone and she was satisfied when we ended the call. And I emailed the tracking number to her like she had requested. She was happy as of *** and has not been back in contact with us.

Tanning bed not working properly upon arrival.

Desired Outcome

Since delivery the tanning bed has had a faulty timer. I have emailed and called multiple times and I have worked with troubleshooting. The company admitted that the timer was part of a faulty batch and I would work through troubleshooting and eventually it would work. I am having the same issue again and I have done everything they have asked. Now they are telling me that the tanning bed is out of warranty and I need to buy replacement parts! I would like the tanning bed exchanged. This has been a horrible experience and I am still paying monthly payments for a tanning bed that I cannot use for medical purposes. I am frustrated and feel they should have replaced immediately upon arrival but kept assuring me it was ok nd there was a fix. Their fix is to wait until warranty runs out and have to start buying replacement parts! The troubleshooting was a joke basically telling me to plug and unplug and then push the red or green button. I even had an electrician come and install an outlet just for the tanning bed. The company questioned if it was done properly and had me send proof of the amount of voltage the outlet was putting out! I want the tanning bed replaced.
