I had a washing machine claim with this company through my home warranty company. It took a month for them to tell me claim was denied. We payed for the part and for installation and was told to make sure machine was operating properly. When I called back to tell them it was not, and should I call home warranty company to file another claim, they said "no, let us look at it." The same repairman came and said it had nothing to do with his repair and that he did not have time to sit and watch machine cycle to see what was happening. I again asked about calling home warranty company to make another claim. So he kind of watched, took nothing apart, and decided it needed a whole new control panel and door something or other. I said that was more than machine was worth and would not be covered. Another four weeks went by with me calling this company and home warranty company to find out that of course was not covered, but was told by home warranty company that Suncoast needed to complete their part and fix machine! Suncoast said would talk to home warranty, who said they would talk to Suncoast and here I am filing another claim after all and getting assigned another company NOT Revdex.com accredited. All this since end of January 2020 and now it's May and still no working washing machine and neither Suncoast has completed my repair nor has home warranty company (Amazon Home Warranty) gotten someone to fix it!
I have been waiting 56 days for a repair to be done by this company under a contract I have with ***.
Suncoast was assigned the job to repair/replace a Thor Cook top by *** with dispatch No. 542921612 on 1/14/2020. Suncoast has had this repair job for 56 days and not been able to complete the job. This amount of time is unconscionable. It appears that for 56 days, this cook top is not repairable and therefore should be immediately replaced.
