Ordered product on line through Facebook.I thought I had read all info. Evidently that was not so. I did not see where this becomes a ongoing subscription. It was very well hidden.when product was received, there wasn't any paperwork included. No info on who to contact!
I am now out $129 for auto shipment. And can't use product due to skin reaction.
Only through billing info was I able to call company.
I cancelled account and requested a refund but was told that was not possible.
Product_Or_Service: Skin cream, day and night small bottles.
Billing Adjustment Would like money refunded As the least, advertising should be clear that this is a ongoing subscription so that other consumers may be aware of this sneaky truck they use.
