I dewlt with this ripoff company 2 years ago. They sucked out of me almost $5000.00 before I realized they were doing nothing to help me. They just got rich off me and sweet talked their way into my wallet I would never us this company for anything. They are not a good answer to your problems. I am still looking into the Florida Barr to retrieve my funds back DO NOT LET THEM SWEET TALK THEIR WAY INTo YOUR LIFE. I was desperate and they played on that. NO MORE
Lied to me,took my money and did not do what they said they would do. Told me they were keeping my money and there was nothing I could do about it.
I hired Suncoast Law on 2/25/2020. They promised me an outcome that they did not deliver. When I asked to speak to my attorney I was told she'd call me. She finally called me on 4/3/2020. When I asked her why things changed, and why it took so long to hear from her she got very rude and asked me who I thought I was. She said that she was important "like a doctor " and she had more important things to do than talk to me. If I didn't like that she would close my file. I told her that she was supposed to be working for me and that this wasn't going to work. I told her I wanted my money $400 that they just took from my account on 3/25/2020 back since she admitted not doing anything this month on my case. She laughed at me and said I wasn't getting anything back and then hung up on me. Bottom line is they are super nice and promise you an outcome and anything it takes to get your money and once they get it they do nothing and their true colors shine through. This place is a scam
I am requesting a full refund of $400 since no work was done on my case for this period. I would like all of my money $800, since I feel I was taken advantage of. Especially with the global pandemic we are going through. I will settle for my $400 back. Also I just dont want to see anyone else fall victim to these people. Do your homework and read reviews. Be weary, their name is similar to another more reputable firm. I believe this was done intentionally to mislead
I have reached a settlement offer with Suncoast Law on 6-4-20 and wish to remove my complaint
They told me it would cost me $1500 to declare bankruptcy. After I made my last payment, nothing had been done. Two months later, I found out that ther never filed. They refunded me half, and when I questioned why not the entire amount, they said the did work for me. They did nothing. I sent them all the paperwork they requested and took the courses. Where did the rest of the money go? I believe that they took advantage of me. I'm 67 on a fixed income of SSI.I think they should give me the entire $1500 back.

They are the worst. Took my money, but yet I did all the work. Paralegals very rude. Don't do business with this company. Once I made a complaint, about thier service, instead of fixing the problem, they wanted nothing to do with me.
Do NOT due business with this firm. They have a D minus rating from the Revdex.com. Once they receive their money and you signed the retainer document, they do not help you. You cannot get a hold of the lawyer, and the paralegals are rude.
