I recently purchased a car with a loan from Dupage Credit UnionI needed insurance to purchase this car and drive it off the lot back in November of We gave the dealership the insurance papers to share with the bank back thenNow this past week the Dupage Credit Union is calling and mailing threatening letters saying that if we don’t give proof do insurance we could possibly lose our loan when I did it two months ago and have already paid two car paymentsI contacted the dealership and they said they got my insurance back in November and will help me take care of thisMeanwhile the Dupage Credit Union even called my insurance company saying they need my proof of insurance without consulting me! This practice is way out of line and I plan on telling everyone not to use The Dupage Credit Union and I’m going to refinance it somewhere else and leave this terrible bank/Credit UnionAll they needed to do was contact me personally and ask for the papers and say that there has been a mix upDo not use the Dupage Credit Union
