I spoke with *** and addressed his questions. We talked about his heat pump usage over the summer and this winter to date, his oil consumption, and reconciling his entire energy portfolio to see how his costs line up. They have only been in the house since last winter, so he is just getting to a full year of electric usage. He is going to analyze this after he receives his next oil bill which is every 3 months. He asked about the lien on his home from Mosaic (loan provider) and I let him know I would set up a call to discuss. He is interested in refinancing the solar and blending it into their mortgage. He let me know that they are unable to utilize their full tax credit for 2019 and will carry credit over. He wants me to arrange a meeting with *** to look at his heat pump usage, and make recommendations about what the ideal temperature range is for their use given his wood stove and oil backup. He is looking to buy a *** so we spoke about that in detail and what they can expect from GMP when he installs a L2 charger. In the end, he felt all his questions were addressed/will be addressed. His wife is upset by the increased GMP bills and the gap between the projected tax credit and their actual 2019 credit. He understands they will be able to take advantage of the tax credit carry-over in 2020/21.
