We hired Suncover (***) to install blinds in our house. They were installed in May, 2018. Within 4 months of installation, one of the motorized blinds stopped working, followed by a second unit malfunctioning a month later. We have been attempting to reach *** since September, 2018 to arrange for him to come back and repair the malfunctioning blinds, but our phone calls/texts have gone unanswered.

Repair We would like to know why the blinds malfunctioned so soon after being installed brand new, followed by a complete repair of the units back to their original functioning state and assurances that, if they malfunction again, prompt repair free of charge will be arranged.
