I bought a Country Ham Hock 12oz in a plastic wrap on April 9, It had Lot# printed on itUpon opening it, I found that there was a thin slice of lean country ham meat wrapped around a bone covered mainly with fatIt was packaged so that it looked like it was a fairly lean piece of ham hock Ordinarily, I purchase their country ham Chunk product, which is fineBut, I will not be purchasing their ham hocks anymore
