I am rejecting this response because:I met with R[redacted] at the Cortez office.  Our meeting was not exactly represented in his written account of things.  I can prove that if need be.  When Sundance goes out of business, he has a possible future in fictional writing.  If anyone can find one single person that would say I'm afraid to look anyone in the eyes, I'd be completely shocked.  He does not need to act like he is being charitable.  I had written an e-mail to the Revdex.com indicating that Sundance had made the situation better and I'd like to represent that in my complaint.  I even texted him indicating as much and that I had no means to "take down" my complaint, which I would not have done anyway.  His account of Sundance's business practices and personnel issues used the word "misunderstanding" quite often.  I even offered that I had spoke to a past employee of theirs randomly at another business and I didn't feel like I had a misunderstanding.  I offered to pay a fair price and he said he would just write the whole thing off.  At that point, I even offered to return to their office for dental care.  I will never pay them a single dime now.  If they would like to pursue the matter in court, with the Revdex.com, or in the court of public opinion, I welcome the challenge.  I'd like to thank the Revdex.com for their help with the matter.  The Revdex.com provides a great service for the public.

reviewed the complaint, as well as all of the Dental History and Charts. We provided dental treatment to said Patient and his family. Consents were obtained and work was billed to his Primary Insurance company as a courtesy. His Secondary insurance could not be billed until his primary had paid. We received notice that a check for services rendered had been sent directly to said Patient for payment of services rendered. This was not given by said Patient for payment but withheld. The price that he received for the Implant was an estimate based upon his insurance paying their portion which does not always happen. The Credit scam he mentions is a very respectable company called Care Credit which Is used by millions of people everyday. All this said I reached out to the Patient and his family and had a meeting with them on 8/1/16 to discuss the situation and resolve it. I reviewed the services and discussed their concerns. I let them know that we strive incredibly hard to inform out patients of treatment costs and that insurances do what they want. Asked them what they felt would be fair at which they gave no answer. [redacted] would not look me in the eye and said that they have had a lot of health concerns and he is a disabled Vet and they were having lots of finandal problems. I asked them what they wanted me to do, again no answer. I told them that if they felt it was honest and fair I would write off they money owed. The money is not worth the headache they have been. ]t would have been nice if he could have honestly looked me in the eye when I asked if he felt like forgiving the debt was fair. But in any event I hope it helps his family. He said he was willing to pay at which point his wife elbowed him in the side and they then stated that they would like to still be seen in our office.
