The Owner of Sundance sent text and emails to Trustees asking to perform work in July and August No Trustee responded nor approved the July work Repeating what is written above, I paid the invoice and sent a note stating that no additional work will be paid for unless it is approved The Sundance owner sent a text to a single trustee, the trustee did not respond nor approve the work The Owner again performed work not authorized

I have never had an altercation with anyone at Bradford Woods.  This accusation is completely fabricated.  The only comment I have ever made was to a previous trustee and that was that I would appreciate being paid in a timely manner.Concerning the "request" to continue work.  I was advising one of the new trustees about the need to water more often and the maintenance that was needed.  Since I had never had to ask for approval in the past, I assumed that I was to follow thru with the work we had been doing for the past four years.I have never employed children to work for me.  There were three adult women working on August 24.  Two of the women are in their sixties and the third crew member is twenty three.  So, yes, the twenty three year old might look like a child compared to the sixty year old women.

I am rejecting this response because:
Early in the season the business owner got into an altercation with the subdivision volunteers.  She sent aggressive emails and texts stating that the subdivision was slow in paying, even through no payment was made...

after the owners posted Due Date.  After these altercations, the business owner sent two requests to continue work.  None of the Trustees approved additional work.  Regardless of the unapproved work conducted in July, we agreed to pay the July Invoice.  We will not pay for any additional unapproved work. Since the filing of this complaint, a resident of the subdivision asked to see the invoices from Sundance Garden.  Upon review, It was brought to my attention that there were two adult workers doing work on the last day of service in August. The invoice included 3 workers.  If there were children included in prior invoices, then we want a fair amount of the labor charged in those invoices returned.
