From: Sundance MotorsSent: Saturday, May 7, 2016Re: Complaint form [redacted] The vehicle in this complaint was serviced before purchase with new parts including fuel filter.Ms [redacted] , took the vehicle to phoenix and was advised that if the vehicle was taken to a shop in phoenix that we, Sundance Motors would not be able to help her if she should experience any problems as our business would only cover repairs within our warranty and that we would need to verify the mileage and repairs needed in our shopWhen Ms [redacted] took the vehicle to another repair facility, we could not verify the miles or the problem so we could not honor the warrant, as for her claims for $for a fuel filter that costs about $25, parts and laborI don't fully understand how the bill could be this much?Ms [redacted] signed our warranty paper work fully understanding the limitationsThank'sDarren B***Sundance Motors

This case is out of the limits of our warranty as we weren't given the opportunity to repair the vehicle nor were we able to return any defective parts as is our policyWe are not trying to be dishonest but if we break policy for you, we would have to do it for everybody and that would cause our prices to go up greatly, also there was no extended warranty on this vehicle and the vehicle was discounted for you significantly a total of $3900.00.Sundance Motors must be able to verify the miles and problem and not just on the word of some mechanic that we cannot verify is legitimate. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and wish you the best in the future.Darren B***Sundance Motors

that we, Sundance Motors would not be able to help her if she should experience any problems as our business would only cover repairs within our warranty and that we would need to verify the mileage and repairs needed in our shop. When Ms. [redacted] took the vehicle to another repair facility, we could not verify the miles or the problem so we could not honor the warrant, as for her claims for $561.94 for a fuel filter that costs about $25, parts and labor. I don't fully understand how the bill could be this much?Ms. [redacted] signed our warranty paper work fully understanding the limitations. Thank'sDarren B[redacted]Sundance Motors

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: first of all, honesty is best. I was only told about warranty after I had no choice but to get the work done since the truck would not start. It didn't matter where I traveled to, the truck would have died. Thankfully, I was not in an isolated area. The truck had to be towed to the mechanic. The replaced part I am referring to is on the 2 pictures I attached. It was not new as it is claimed. This part is not cheap. It is about $200+ and labor is not included. I only expect people to be honest. Sundance should have helped its customer in some matter and taken some responsibility.

Review: I purchased a 2006 [redacted] trailer on 12-26-2013 from Sundance Motors for $6527.00 which included sales tax and DMV fees. As of 4-29-2014 DMV has not received sufficient information to transfer the title to me. Over the past three months , I have personally contacted [redacted] and his partner [redacted] numerous times about the DMV issue. Each time they promise that they have taken care of it. I have files a complaint with the DMV investigation unit, case #[redacted].Desired Settlement: Have Sundance pay the DMV fees as required.

Review: Purchase a used vehicle in October 2014. We were given a 30 day warranty. Immediately we had transmission issues. They would not pay for repairs. We took care of the over a thousand dollars in cost, but we are still waiting for the registration and pink slip for the vehicle. We have called them many times and [redacted] says its in the mail. ITS NOT IN THE MAIL!! We can no longer drive the vehicle due to expired tags. We just want the registration and the pink slip.Desired Settlement: We want the registration for the vehicle and the pink slip.

Review: Purchased a travel trailer with cash in 6/2015 and have not received my title or any kind of registration. DMV has not helped at all so far and sundance motors has been ignoring me completely. Please help!Desired Settlement: I simply want my title. I already paid back registration to DMV after I paid sundance motors to do this for me.

Review: We purchased a 2005 Saab 9-3 Convertible from Sundance Motors on January 27, 2015. However we have not received title or registration, our "Used Vehicle Dealer Notice / Temporary Identification" that gave us temporary permission to operate the vehicle is long expired (only valid 90 days) and the registration expires at the end of September. Upon purchase, we were assured that Sundance Motors would submit all necessary paperwork to have title and registration transferred to us in a timely manner. When I went to renew our registration in June, I called DMV, and they informed me that the paperwork was never submitted by Sundance. At that point, I realized we had never received any paperwork from the DMV. I called Sundance Motors to ask what had happened. [redacted], the owner, told me he would "look into it" and call me back. After calling [redacted] numerous times, he has finally admitted they had "misplaced" the title and he would work with their "DMV Girl" to resolve the issue. I continue to call the business multiple times per week - they repeatedly assure me they will work through it with the "DMV Girl" but never have any new news and never call me back. I have little confidence that they are able to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, we need the car for transportation and have a baby being born in two weeks so will have little time available to attend to this matter. I am also submitting a formal DMV complaint regarding this matter. I see from other Revdex.com complaints that Sundance has had similar issues in the past and has an "F" rating already, so this appears to be a systemic problem with the businessDesired Settlement: I need Sundance to rapidly take one of two courses of action:Preferred option: Produce title and registration documents for the vehicle before the end of September, 2015.Less preferred option: Refund me the price of the car, including taxes, plus the money I have invested for parts and labor for new keys, tires, windshield wiper motor, and brakes.

Review: Picked up RV in Carson City, NV on 4-7-14 where dealer delivered as an out-of-state transfer. Saw for the first time and quickly discovered I had been completely lied to about condition of RV. No title was provided, just the bill of sale. Title was then supposed to be mailed to me or my local DMV to be processed for Idaho title and registration. Repeated attempts to get this dealer to answer my emails and phone calls have all failed so I called the California DMV with the VIN. They told me it still had a bank lien from the previous owner and no process was underway to clear that lien and send my title. So I have a trailer I can't use, my bank has loaned on the trailer but can't record their lien, the dealer is completely ignoring me and my DMV and my bank, and I am running out of time. I need a title or I can't take this trailer on the road as scheduled in 2 weeks.Desired Settlement: I simply need them to clear the old lien and provide me with a title immediately.

Review: Sold a vehicle that had a blown motor, would not honor warranty, nor a exchange to satisfy needs of customer.purchaser 74 year old woman stranded at a rest area 4 hours, then out of pocket expenses for not only tow, but gas to get to vehicle, left without any means of transportation, with no assistance from seller- even in valid time of warranty, seller made no efforts to assistance and was extremely hostile.Desired Settlement: A refund. Legal counsel

Review: Purchased an RV for over $15,000 and he took the RV with my belongings in it and it was never returned. I also had a $10,000 boat on his lot that disappeared. When I saw my RV, my belongings were destroyed and broken. I either want my money back or an equivalent RV.Desired Settlement: I either want the money returned, along with damages, or an equivalent RV.

Review: I bough a jeep from this dealer ship and it has been 3 month and I have not received my registration card and I called them many times and I get no answer from them or call back , I contacted DMV and they told me to file a complain because this matter is not normal for a car dealer ship not to register a sold vehicle 3 moth after sale and I cant not be driving this vehicle with expired tags and no registrationDesired Settlement: By DMV regulations I cant not be driving this vehicle with expired tags or expired registration and this vehicle should of been registered in the first 30 days after sale

Review: I went and traded in my 2004 [redacted] Wrangler in for a 2006 [redacted] Bug.They had bought my [redacted] off of me and I went and got a loan through there loan company [redacted].I had given them a check for $5000 and came up with the down payment.Plus I came up with the rest of what was owed on the [redacted].The car was purchased on April 6th 2015.They were supposed to pay off the [redacted] as soon as they got the check from the loan company. It still has not been paid off and they have already sold the [redacted].I am still getting calls from [redacted] were I got the [redacted].I have went to Sundance Motors several times to tell them they keep saying that they are going to pay it.It has been over three months still has not been paid.So I am filling a complaint for bad business and I believe that they are a fraudulent company. They always smell like alcohol and have alcoholic beverages out while they are working.I would really appreciate if you would contact them thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I would like this to be resolved by the Revdex.com for bad business and a fraudulent company.I do believe that they have try to ruin my credit.
