Sundance Plaza Hotel & Suites

Review: Our family stayed at hotel on Sunday July 21, 2013. When we checked out we told front desk that our room(154) had and ant issue. When we went to load some snacks back in car we had to throw whole bag out. We did not go back in as we had an apt at Wake Forest University.That evening on our next stop, my daughter noticed her small stuffed goat missing and we called the hotel. They told us to call 9am next morning when housekeeping was in. We called at 9 and talk to man at front desk. He put me on hold and contacted housekeeping and confirmed they found the stuffed goat. He said he would call back and I stated we were already 3 hours away could they mail to us and he said sure and took my name and address.By Friday the 26th when we did not receive, I called the hotel again. I explained situation to lady at front desk who was very rude and just discounted the above experience and was very rude. She said nobody they wouldn't mail and nothing was turned in. I asked to talk to manager and spoke to a polite man with an accent and he took my information and said first thing he would do was to try and locate my child's stuffed animal. He took my phone no and address and said he would get back to me.My 3rd phone call was today the 29th and again no one wants to back up what the 1st employee told us nor will anyone give us a definitive answer on what happened to the stuffed toy goat.Desired Settlement: Would like the stuffed animal mailed back to us as last Tuesday we could have had a friend who was still in town mail it for us. But we were told it would be done.Would have liked a phone call returned and even an apology for the ants but a week later seems a little insincere.
