I moved from Sylvania to Bentonville, Arkansas last October, and have been meaning to post a review for Glass City Movers since then. I called 3 different moving companies for quotes, and Glass City came in lower than the other 2. My company paid for all packing and moving, so I was obligated to use the lowest quote. I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the job they did for me. They were professional and very careful in packing and moving my goods. The only issue I had was that an old TV wouldn't work when I plugged it in here in Arkansas. I called Glass City and they sent a check for the damage immediately. They were on time and meticulous with antiques, even moving my slate pool table without incident! I highly recommend this company, and am sorry that it took me so long to get around to writing this review.

I moved on November 14, 2014 with Glass City movers and the reason I am writing this review is that my experience was not a pleasant one for the following reasons:
1. Employees were so careless carrying the furniture and throw it in the truck or drop it in the truck in a very unprofessional way. As consequences, they broke one side of my bed.
2. They were very careless and reluctant when they uninstalled my bed, they were about to lose an important part of the bed that they had forgotten on the floor and I had to run after them to check on them in every step of the process and watch what they were doing. I could not trust them.
3. I called several times [redacted] and left a message several times to fix my bed or to give me a refund (as this is their responsibility) but no one returned my calls.
4. I asked the movers several times to wrap and cover the furniture before they move it out of the house but they never listened to my instructions. They should professionally cover the furniture before moving it to protect it from the dust, scratches or any damage if they want to get the job right but they don't do it that way.
5. Movers were so reluctant and slow to get the job on time and the reason is very obvious is to charge me more as they charge per hour rate.
I did not like the service with glass city movers and I definitely do not recommend them to any body and I will never do any other business with them.
