Review: I purchased a package of 5 airbrush tans from Sundara in May of 2013. I have attempted to contact Sundara on numerous occassions via phone and email to schedule appointments to utilize my four remaining pre-paid airbrush tans without success. I have not received any response to my inquiries. I noticed on [redacted] that this business is temporarily closed until 3/**/14 and that the woman who I purchased my package from was fired and is no longer there.Desired Settlement: At this point I have given up on trying to set up an appointment and would prefer a partial refund for services not rendered.

Review: The only reason I have not complained with the Revdex.com sooner is because I did not know this agency existed AND because I have spent the last 10 months trying to get in touch with the owner directly. Last summer I purchased a package that cost upwards of 300 dollars for several spray tans. I had 2 tans left (approximately $150 value). I tried contacting the business at least 10 times via phone calls, emails, voicemails, etc. and never spoke to a single person. Apparently, the business closed down without informing any customers or providing those who had purchased a package with a partial refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 2 spray tans I paid for and did not receive. This was a very expensive service and it sickens me that I took money and threw it away.
Review: I purchased a package for 3 sunless tanning sessions and I have been calling for months to schedule an appointment. Turns out that I found out that this place closed downand did not contact anyone who had ackages still with them. I believe they closed down about 7 months ago, in the Fall of 2013.Desired Settlement: I want a refund!
