Review: This complaint pertains to what appears : Misinformation ,possible fraud ,deceit petty theft with possible intent.Also; silence of an entity based on time of discovery.California Government Codes:[redacted]. Most recently on March 6,2014 I attended a traffic school as listed and as one of the approved schools on the list for traffic schools. I paid the requested fee of;$60.00 ,in cash.I participated in the required class. When the class was finished . I was asked to stay seated .The other two students were allowed to leave before me.It did appear suspicious. However: I did comply.I honestly recall it could have been ; [redacted] the instructor that initiated this verbal request.License on her business card states:License #[redacted]. After the two female Hispanic adult females and the male white adult left.Then I was allowed to leave.However: What was unusual and very suspicious is: Although I did receive my receipt, I did not receive my :( Certificate Of Completion )? This is usually normal procedure .I went to ;North Justice Center T C address[redacted].I then went to the traffic division,I waited in line.I then went to window #*.The cashier or clerk ,Mr.[redacted] was shown the receipt that I went to traffic school.Yet he stated ,he needed to see the:(certificate of completion ).The phone number to this court is:( [redacted].I then called owner: AKA [redacted] .He claimed he would take care of this on Friday.This meaning:Friday the 7th of March 2014.I went on the web page .The court did not close my citation.Web page[redacted] So on that Friday March 7th called ;A.K.A.[redacted] .He claimed to come to the school on Sunday the 9th of March and he would give me notes.He also stated giving students a certificate of completion is a thing of the past.He repeatedly kept saying:( Don't worry,don't worry ).Desired Settlement: I would like ; A.K.A[redacted] owner license :( [redacted] ) to fax ,email ,mail or hand deliver my :( Certification of completion ) for attending his traffic approved school.In the city of ;Mission Viejo.Plus: Request him to scan a copy of the : (certificate of completion ) and sent it to my email address.Also to mail me a copy to my ;Post Office box in the city of Cypress California.Plus: I would like him to ask the division chief of the traffic division to remove ,expunge and close my case.
