We are working to get this resolved. Mr. [redacted] will be contacting the client We are checking with the supplier to get the lodging that is desired

[redacted] purchased on Sept. 4, 2014 (Thursday) , the following day a welcome call was made (no answer, left voice mail) and on Sept 6 we enrolled them in SAVEON as per our Policy within 3 days after their purchase.  After receiving their cancellation request on Monday September 8, 2014 we...

initiated a refund process.  Refund was issued on September 29, 2014, however their site was up and running complimentary for an additional 30 days.

NOTE: Customer has received a full refund of all monies spent on 9/8/14.

We also have a Member Best Price Guarantee on every member site.

We will contact this customer and issue them a Passport to Travel valued at $500.00.

It has been several months since we sold this membership. It is not our fault that they did not book travel. They should use the membership and enjoy some travel.

I attended there presentation in Oregon and I must say I was a bit skeptical when I purchased the product, but let me tell you that within 24 hrs of signing up I received a welcome phone call, verification of my information and I was enrolled the following day. Since then I have booked vacations at amazingly low prices and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the ultimate experience.

Who wants Expedia with their high prices when I can get 24 concierge, very friendly staff and much lower prices!

We are sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. We have a clearly stated policy of allowing a refund to occur in the first 3 days of the contract. It is 4 months since that date passed. We are unable to offer a refund at this time. We can authorize the use of the membership...

by some other person. If you have any family members or friends you would like to take on a vacation with you, that is available.

Customer has recieved the 300,000 points and has booked his cruise.

I travel a lot for business purposes and every penny I can save really goes a long way. I joined satisfaction enterprises a few months ago and this was the first time I got to put it to the test. I needed a hotel in [redacted] that was local, accessible and business friendly. I did my research, I compared my prices and I ended up saving over 50 dollars a night by booking with Satisfaction and I even earned some reward points.
We need more companies like this. Great customer service, great prices and very friendly staff. I will be sharing my experiences with family and friends.

Sunday Enterprises is posing as Satisfaction Enterprises in Salem, Oregon at the [redacted]. The man who gave the presentation is saying that they are based out of Carlsbad, CA and have been in business for 13 years with an A+ rating. He showed us a power point presentation with the page which I could locate NOWHERE online. Something has to be done about this! They are roping people into coming to their bogus presentation, asking $6,999 for their "license" to purchase travel at cost, and lying about their complimentary gift. The fine print on the two free round-trip tickets anywhere in the continental U.S. that they used to lure us in says that there is also a $50 one-time processing fee and $199 per person for taxes etc. Their reservation number, ###-###-####, goes to a guy who sounds like he is lounging in his house. His name is [redacted] and he lives in Florida he says. He said he is the answering service and only schedules their presentations. They are promoting a product called "SaveOn". I cannot find any information about their "private" company. The [redacted] is hosting their charade unaware of their scam. The lady at the front desk said the room was booked by a guy out of Canada and was originally under "Sunday Enterprises" but he called back later and said their name had recently changed. I called the number from the Revdex.com for Sunday Enterprises ###-###-#### and the guy who answered (all he said was "hello" not an announcement for the business) and said he was the owner and also had a subsidiary called Satisfaction Enterprises. He couldn't answer any of my questions and just kept saying he was going to get back to me. He then said he was the answering service and would let someone know I called. He refused to answer anything I asked him about his so called company. There will be more of these seminars between 8pm-1pm tomorrow and I hope SOMEONE will investigate the matter. We saw at least 2 other couples buy their product yesterday!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference,...

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did receive my 300,000 reward points from Sunday Enterprises HOWEVER you cannot use points for the airfare!

So I spoke with Sunday Enterprises owner Dr. Steven Poulos ###-###-#### and I offered him back 100,000 reward points

So they could book our airfare (he was good with that). We were able to book the cruise using the points and had 100,000 left over and I don’t want more than

I was promised so that is why I am giving the points back ONCE I get my airfare. They are very unresponsive and I can’t wait until the

“eleventh hour” to book airfare because of cost. (leaving 11/22) if I don’t get this resolved in 2 weeks from today I am going to keep all points

And purchase my own airfare and not give them a good rating or a resolve to this matter.

Thank you for your efforts in this matter,

Ps:good luck in getting anyone to answer you via email or there 800 number..

I attended a presentation for this travel club in April of last year and was very skeptical upon arriving. The promise of a free trip, however, was alluring to my partner and I.

After the presentation, we hesitantly purchased a membership and spent a little over 3K on it. Shortly after that, we got on the Sunday Enterprises website, and I was still pretty skeptical.

My partner and I decided to book a trip. Since we were open to where to go, we decided to use one of the "Bonus Weeks" on the site. I'm sure glad we did. We spent $99 dollars to go to a resort in Brazil, and since the cost of staying in the resort was so low, we were able to treat ourselves to the all-inclusive optionm the resort had. For less than $500 bucks, all of our meals and accommodations were paid for. we got treated like royalty at the resort, and had a really great time.

After the trip, I decided to see how much we really saved on this, and we saved over a grand. On our first trip with this program! And we got rewards credits for our flights and for booking through the SaveOn and Sunday Enterprises site which we used to buy a gift card for my niece.

If we go on just two more trips we will have made back what we spent, and since this is a lifetime membership we know we will make that back in no time.

We elected not to use the voucher, though, and instead it was bought back for a lower membership price. probably a smart move since those are sold through a different company.

All around pretty happy with this membership. My partner and I just got married and decided not to adopt, instead we are going to travel, and this membership is making it possible

February 5, 2015I believe Sunday Enterprises misrepresented themselves in the promotional material sent to me and in their sales presentation.   Their presentation was fast pressured and not fully explained.  We were told that we had to make a decision to purchase that night and were led to believe that their product would save us money on any future travel plans.  After sitting through their high pressure sales presentation, we eventually signed the contract within the one hour timeframe we were told we needed to respond by.  We paid $7500 to Sunday on a [redacted] credit card.  After we signed the contract, we were told that many of benefits emphasized in the sales presentation didn’t apply, such as airline tickets.  For example, the promotional postcard we received inviting us to the sales presentation promised two free airline tickets and hotel accommodations.   After reading the contract documentation, we discovered that a fee of $50.00 per ticket would be accessed plus $25.00 per person for hotel rooms to receive this offer.  The promotional postcard is really only a scam to get people to attend their high pressure sales meeting.  We attended the sales presentation and signed the contract on Oct. 2nd, 2014.  My husband tried to contact Sunday Enterprises  after the presentation but no one would call us back.  No one ever answers the telephone.   Since my husband died suddenly of a massive heart attack, I have tried to contact Sunday Enterprises only to be told that the person I need to speak with is not in his office and to call back.  When I did call back, either no one answered the phone or I was told to call back again.  We never used any of Sunday Enterprises’ services, and based on my experience with them, I do not plan to use any of their services in the future.   I feel as if I have been scammed out $7,500 by a company that used a deceitful promotion, high pressure sales tactics and which has not acted in good faith to resolve my dispute.
Sincerely,
[redacted] (###-###-#### home or ###-###-#### cell)[redacted]
