Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Russell H*** is an ON-HIS-WAY-TO-*** LIAR, plain and simple.Lie #1: "he was continually rude and disrespect full to our designer." Neither *** nor I were continually rude to Robert and we have God as a witness. Pull the tapes, Mr H*** and let's all sit down and view them together. The only rude circumstance was when Robert CANCELED our contract on the day of our final meeting after which Robert ingraciously wished us "have a nice day" in an entirely sarcastic tone.Lie #2: "he claims that we were threatening him with demands." Obviously, Mr H*** can't read (or spell, see Lie #1) because never once did I state that Mr H*** threatened me with demands. Mr H*** not only can't read or spell, he's an IT.Lie #3: "client continues to claim that that we were gouging you pricing, when he does not have an accurate account of the facts or numbers." I have ENTIRELY accurate facts and numbers that his agent, Robert, provided to us. I have a hard copy. So, if those aren't accurate, then by his own admission Mr H*** is a self-proclaimed LIAR and CHEAT with respect to the costs that his agent, Robert, provided to us in writing.Lie #4: "The shipping charge that is now suddenly under question is incorrect." Again, if Mr H*** wants to claim that the shipping charge that his agent, Robert, provided is incorrect, then we agree. I have a WRITTEN QUOTE from the manufacturer that their shipping charge for the vanity is $not the $that we watched Robert type into the shipping entry on the computer display.Lie #5: "The client does not have a quote from our shower door company, as we never got to the point of having them out to his home. I spoke with our rep directly, and they did not have any record of quoting the client or his partner Per our supplier, the price that the client claims to have received would have barely covered the cost of the materials themselves, and would not have covered any of the installation chargesNo client or contractor should ever install glass on their ownAll of our installations are professionally installed and have warranties and a water repellent treatment standardIf the client insists on continuing to debate our pricing, he should have all of your facts in line and do a proper comparison." Mr H*** has no proof of my interactions with *** Glass and Mirror, which is the SAME company that his agent, Robert, said he got the Sunday Kitchen & Bath quote from. I have an email from *** Glass and Mirror with a price quote that includes installation of the IDENTICAL shower door that we had wanted to order through Robert. Mr H*** is a IT if he thinks he can dispute WRITTEN facts that his company provided (which we have a copy of) and WRITTEN facts that *** Glass and Mirror emailed directly to me. IT.Lie #6: "The client obviously has no intention of holding himself accountable for his poor behavior." The only poor behavior in this entire scenario was Robert's PATHETIC mishandling of our account for WEEKS. He promised an email by a certain date; didn't deliver. He promised to show up on time; he was minutes late. He failed to provide us with contact info for the materiel providers after he said he would. TALK ABOUT A TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY. And I can see where Robert gets it from -- Mr H***. Like owner, like agent
I wouldn't want Robert's crappy drawings because, at this point, they have ZERO RELEVANCE and ZERO IMPORTANCE. What we needed was someone who knew what they were doing. Robert was CLUELESS. He FAILED to know the style of vanity that he offered us was no longer available from the manufacturer. He FAILED to asked us the depth of the vanity drawers. He FAILED to ask us about key components of the vanity that the manufacturer needed to know ahead of time; and this was made known to us when we went to another provider and he told us he needed to know these things before the vanity could be ordered from the manufacturer. Robert was a CLUELESS IT. And Mr H*** is a CLASSLESS owner who knows ZERO about customer service. My posted comments are TRUTHFUL and they are NOT coming down. Suck it up, Mr H***. I hope you lose THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars of business because you were unwilling to return our $
Regards,
*** ***

From: Russell H[redacted]Date: Thu, Sep 10, 2015 at 2:35 PMSubject: Re: Response to complaint from [redacted]...#[redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgHi [redacted],Here is the latest round in our responses to the complaints of [redacted]..Complaint [redacted].Please see my response below:9/10/15The facts that we stated in our previous response was accurate. This client signed an agreement with us and placed a $500 retainer for our designer to perform a home visit, measure your space and provided you with a design. He requested material pricing as well, which he was provided with in a timely manner. At any point after reviewing  his design, he was welcome to take his drawing  and purchase your products elsewhere. You were under no obligation to do otherwise. If he received better pricing elsewhere, then he should have gone forward with it. Instead he was continually rude and disrespect full  to our designer. If clients cannot manage to treat our designers with common decency and respect, we are fully within their rights to request that they  leave our premises. Yet now he claims that we were threatening him with demands. Keep in mind that we do have 24hour surveillance at the showroom, so we are  fully aware of how things transpired. The client continues to claim that that we were gouging you pricing, when he does not have an accurate account of the facts or numbers. The shipping charge that is now suddenly under question is incorrect. The price that he claims to have received  from the manufacturer was a shipping charge from their warehouse to our shipping company. They do not do curbside deliveries for small orders, so we pay our shipping companies to receive and deliver the cabinets to the clients home. They actually bring them into the house, and even take them up stairs when necessary. The client does not have a quote from our shower door company, as we never got to the point of having  them out to his home.  I spoke with our rep directly, and they did not have any record of quoting the client or his partner . Per our supplier, the price that the client claims to have received would have barely covered the cost of the materials themselves, and would not have covered any of the installation charges. No client or contractor should ever install glass on their own. All of our installations are professionally installed and have warranties and a water repellent treatment standard. If the client insists on continuing to debate our pricing, he should have all of your facts in line and do a proper comparison. As stated previously, the client  paid a $500 retainer for a home measure, design services, drawings and a materials quote. All of which he was  provided with. If he would like for us to send him copies of the drawings again, we are willing to do so. But there will be no $500 refund. This retainer barely covered my designers hours of work dedicated to your measure, design and pricing quotes. Nor does it cover the amount of time we I have had to spend responding to his false accusations. The client obviously has no intention of holding himself accountable for his poor behavior. He has filed complaints in every place possible in an attempt to sully our good name. He has even gone as far as to first research one of our owners on Linked -In.  We  were notified of his search,  yet now he claims that we are attempting to threaten him. At this stage have no interest in having a continued dialog with this individual.  If all he wanted was our designers expertise and material pricing, he should have simply taken his drawings and quotes and gone to purchase his materials else ware.  I again request that he remove inaccurate and inflammatory reviews.Russell H[redacted] ..Owner

If clients  do not treat our designers with common decency and respect, we are fully within our rights to decline to work with them.Let's be clear about the facts. Our designer Robert was honest and extremely patient with you regardless of your poor behavior. All of your stated complaints are inaccurate. He was never 90 minutes late to your 1st appointment, and actually made special accommodations to meet with you at our showroom on short notice!    For the shower door, you sought to bypass our relationship with our trusted glass supplier and go to another glass dealer.  The quote that you described to us was not even for the same materials nor was it from our supplier. Our shower door supplier never gave you a quote directly, as they do not work directly with our clients.                                         The tile we recommended was not 20% absorptive but .06%, which well exceeds standards. If the client insists on continuing to debate our pricing, he should have all of your facts in line and do a proper comparison."  Mr H[redacted] has no proof of my interactions with [redacted] Glass and Mirror, which is the SAME company that his agent, Robert, said he got the Sunday Kitchen & Bath quote from.  I have an email from [redacted] Glass and Mirror with a price quote that includes installation of the IDENTICAL shower door that we had wanted to order through Robert.  Mr H[redacted] is a IT if he thinks he can dispute WRITTEN facts that his company provided (which we have a copy of) and WRITTEN facts that [redacted] Glass and Mirror emailed directly to me.  IT.Lie #6:  "The client obviously has no intention of holding himself accountable for his poor behavior."  The only poor behavior in this entire scenario was Robert's PATHETIC mishandling of our account for WEEKS.  He promised an email by a certain date; didn't deliver.  He promised to show up on time; he was 90 minutes late.  He failed to provide us with contact info for the materiel providers after he said he would.  TALK ABOUT A TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY.  And I can see where Robert gets it from -- Mr H[redacted].  Like owner, like agent.
And Mr H[redacted] is a CLASSLESS owner who knows ZERO about customer service. My posted comments are TRUTHFUL and they are NOT coming down.  Suck it up, Mr H[redacted].  I hope you lose THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars of business because you were unwilling to return our $500.
Regards,

Sunday Kitchen & Bath was created with the concept of being convenient and having an easy going environment where our clients can make decisions on their kitchens and bathroom renovations.  You came to us for help in designing a bathroom renovation. For a $500 retainer, our designer performed a home visit, measured your space and provided you with a design. You requested material pricing as well, which you were provided with in a timely manner. At any point after reviewing your design with our designer,  you were welcome to take your designs and purchase your products elsewhere. You were under no obligation to do otherwise. Instead, you decided  to bully and continually harass our designer regarding scheduling, materials and pricing. To the point where we had to ask you to remove yourself from our showroom. I'm sorry if this embarrassed you, but maybe you should be more considerate in how you treat people. It would be your installers responsibility to use the proper water protective  durock and properly seal your tiles and grout. You did not want to work with our contractor partners, so it would have been your responsibility to make sure that your tiles were properly installed. In closing, you paid a $500 retainer  for a home measure, design services, drawings and a materials quote. All of which you were provided per the Contract that you and your partner signed. Your request for a refund has been denied. Please remove all five of your negative reviews from the internet sites, as they are both inaccurate and slanderous.
Sincerely,
William [redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Here is the latest round in our responses to the complaints of [redacted]..Complaint [redacted].
Please see my response below:
9/10/15
The facts that we stated in our previous response was accurate.
I again request that he remove inaccurate and inflammatory reviews.
