Sunday's Very Best

Review: I purchased two suits from Sundays Very Best (DBA)FASHION By JEAN(1989 ROUTE 88 EAST Brick, NJ 08724),and the suits I received looked completely different. The suits where not Sundays Best. The suits had a pattern of shiny lines, and I thought I was ordering a solid black suit, and a solid light blue suit. The suits I received did not match the images on the website. The suits looked extremely cheap and completely different than the images on the website. I explained to [redacted] the images were very misleading. I contacted the business to discuss the misleading images on there website. I explained to [redacted] that I was not satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to exchange both suits for a different style of suit, or suits. (even exchange). Except I will be paying for double shipping. [redacted] then disclosed to me, that I couldn't return the two suits that I had purchased because the sale was final. Since I had not seen the suits in person, nor had I tried the suits on, I honestly thought that a even exchange would be more than fair. I will never buy anything from this website or do business with these people again. The company has also processed an unauthorized amount on my credit card. After [redacted] and I had agreed on balance of 100 dollars even. This transaction is unethical and unfair treatment. Nothing good will come to these business owners...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Since the suits images were falsely advertised, I would just like to return and evenly exchange the suits, for a different style, of a solid color suit with free shipping. I also feel they should wave the ridiculous restocking fee of 30%.

The 2 sale suits that were put on layaway on 6/18/2013 and shipped on 7/3/13 Were the correct suits. That suit does not come in stripes. Our layaway policy is half down at time of order which was $100.00 and remaining at time of shipping $100.95. Also our Store policy is ALL SALE items are final sale No returns or exchanges. All our policies are on our website. Although [redacted] was following store policies we spoke with management and they will except them back WITH the 30% restock fee plus customer pays all shipping back and forth. If suits are returned and we find that the wrong suits were shipped we will forgo the restocking fee and shipping back new items to customer.

I am rejecting this response because: Images on website was very misleading. The images looked like they where solid suits, but they had light prints on them. I zoomed in on images and the pictures looked like the suits were solid. It was a honest mistake and I don't feel I should have to pay a 30 percent restocking fee for a even exchange of items. I've already paid for shipping both ways. I honestly felt comfortable with my purchase because I had talked to several associates before purchasing. I was Leary about ordering online because I could not touch, see or try on the suit. I really did not think it would be such a big deal trying to make an even exchange. I would like for each of these associates to put themselves in my shoes, and figure out what would be fare if they had purchased these suits and it was not what they expected, because images where misleading. I am sure they would want the company to have some INTEGRITY. Your assistance on this issue will be greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a good day!
