First and foremost, it should be noted that this particular transaction has received a free delivery service as well as two service calls albeit that they are out of town Upon the first inspection, we agreed to replace two cushions that seemed to have a slight defect in the cuttingWe also mentioned that we should solve these two problems and deal with any other issues thereafterAt this point it was also agreed that the customer will come to the store to pick up the cushions when they arrive from the manufacturerThe customer was called to pick up the cushions when they arrived and notified us that he will pass by the next day But the next day, we received a call from a lady who was insisting that we should drop them off since it was our problemAt this point, we let them know that being out of town, we will only bring them when we go towards their areaWhen the opportunity for delivery came, we sent not one but two service persons to really solve this issue.The cushion issue was solved perfectly and customer was happy But he brought up a new issue about the sofa which was very difficult to understand and we just could not comprehend the extent of his problem because in our experience, we have never encountered such a complain and neither was there a clear cut manufacturer's error.Our two service persons did notice a abnormality in the frame that could or not be a flaw in constructionAt this point, we took some pictures and notified the customer that we will respond to him in about three days or so.However, due to a death and hospitalization of a family member, we could not accomplish a proper communication with our supplier.When the customer called us on Friday, we mentioned to him that we will get back to him on Monday upon which he threatened to take the next steps which is where we are todayIt should be noted that the fact that we have visited this customer twice and tried to resolve the issue means that we are trying our level best to satisfy this familyBut constant threats and insults have to seize at some point

Complaint: ***There was no desire at allAs it can be seen in the pictures that there is a defectMoreover , lying to the situation is worst that the business is doingIf we agreed on anything why would the complaint be submittedEven they are lying that we were satisfiedWe were not satisfied at all and even they were to come up with the solutionBut now they are denying itEven both employees who came in agreed to the defectClearly the situation is in pictures no one can deny the defect and complaint would have not even filed if they were coming up with a solution and helping us outWe never saw any desire in solving this problem from the business

Hello, The cushions are not right they are not cut properly and the frame on the small side is low that's why when anyone sits the cushion sinks in deep and the one near by it goes up as that can be seen in the picture too. even they changed the cushions it's still the same.Thank you.[redacted]
