We did receive notification from [redacted] that the driveway still had problems We were also informed not to worry about it at the time because the [redacted] 's were preparing for a wedding and had too much going on A message was left on the owner's phone 06/15/ That phone call was returned on 06/17/15, and a message was left for [redacted] On May 19, the owner spoke with the customers and advised them that we would indeed be out to fix the driveway The customer was notified that they are scheduled for the week of July 13th Sundek

Can this complaint be re-opened please?? Company came and “fixed” driveway, however, it looks awful and is still slippery and the bottom part was never even completedWe have sent them photos, and attempted phone calls but it has been a few weeks without responseLast phone call was made yesterday, requesting owner to personally come see the driveway and tell us man to man if he thinks this is acceptable workWe have not heard back yetWe also sent pictures on 5/and 5/27, tried giving the company some time to respond in case they were really busy, but this is now dragging on too long without any responseThanks,

[redacted] did not purchase the overlay on the driveway.  This was paid for by the previous owner in May 2013.  We were first contacted by the new owners in May 2014.  We addressed and fixed [redacted]'s issues in August 2014. March 2015,  [redacted] called to state he...

noticed an area on the driveway that was "peeling".  At that time we sent one of our crew leaders to as the situation.  Per the crew leader's assessment the damage could be repaired.  [redacted] was advised that once the weather was consistently above 40 degrees we could do the repairs.  Per a conversation with [redacted] May 8, 2015, he indicated that the situation was much worse, and he wanted to know when we planned to fix it since the weather good.  He was advised that that time that we would get to him as soon as possible and we would be in contact in a week.  Both [redacted] and his fiance' were informed on May 15, 2015 that we would be out by May 24, 2015 to fix.  As a final note.  Per our contractual agreements, warranties are non-transferable.  We understand [redacted]'s frustration, and we certainly do not want him to have a product that is not satisfactory.  Sincerely,Sunkek
