I did email [redacted] on 07/15/14 that I had a foreman in the area and that we were willing to stop and take a look at the floor if she was available but did not receive an answer.
To satisfy the situation we have sent a check reimbursing...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I did receive an e-mail from Sundew Painting on 7/15/14 but did not realize that I had to respond. It took him 2 weeks to respond to my e-mail of 7/1/14 in reference to this matter. All this time and never a knock at the door, e-mail, phone call etc. I still will NEVER recommend this company. I have accepted the check just so this is over with. It cost me over $500 to fix what was done.
Review: Contracted for 1 coat of H&C Concrete Sealer Wet Look on Garage Floor in December, 2013. This was done and then I went to Florida for 3 1/2 months. When I returned, May 3, 2014, I did park my car in garage. After a couple of weeks I noticed that the sealer was coming off onto tires. I call the owner 3 times and e-mailed within 2 weeks was told by him that he was coming over. Never did he show. Very poor product application and customer service.Desired Settlement: Prefer to be reimbursed the cost.
