First I am sorry if this is the second one, I seem to have deleted the other one
Yes on May 20th *** *** came into my
salon to get a highlight/lowlight, which my stylist *** did for herThroughout the whole service they talked, several other people was also here at that time*** in fact took before and after pictures of ***'s hair and she was smilingI have these pictures for review by you if neededYes she might have been here hours her hair is extremely long and he is not that fastI also know that she went to smart styles the next day and had *** do her hair Not ***and yes sometimes the bleach or color can bleed onto the hair which I am sure if he seen he would have fixed, no one is perfectI am sorry she says she is now wearing a hat, but I assure you it is from smart style salon not oursI find it hard to believe that she was devastated when she left here due to the facts that, in the before and after pictures show her smilingI also find it hard to believe she was devastated due to the fact she gave him a $tip and paid $for her serviceA person that is devastated as she says would have NEVER paid for that color NOR give him a big tip like thatI am refusing to do a refund just on the facts of these picturesBut I am willing to do a correct corrective color for her, I have been doing hair for plus years, I promise I can fix it for herAlthough she never gave us a changeSo from just what I have seen in these pictures, I have to assume she just didn't like the color choice she got, and smart styles did whatever they didTheir are no hard feelings to ***, my salon welcomes constructive criticism, How can anyone fix anything if the client is not welling to say somethingIf she is uncomfortable with *** being here, should she agree to allow me to fix her hair, I can do it while he is not workingI do know that she is meeting her fiancé family and I would like to have her looking nice for when that happens as well as get the respect of my salon backAgain like I said I have several pictures of her hair, if you should need them let me know how I can send them to youSorry for this inconveniencePlease keep me informed

Your pictures will show the unwanted blotches of color, thick streaks of highlights, and my shadowing was now above the ear lineIf they don't mine do*** *** did the best job they couldEven though I am still absolutely disgusted by my hair it looks better than after I left your salonAsk yourself this question..Why would someone pay $to get their hair done and then the next day pay another $to get it done again by another salon? I am not wealthy nor do I pamper myself very oftenBut I could not be seen out in public with the hair style I left your salon withI am just happy that my man understands and still loves me!
The fact remains I entered your establishment with an idea and a picture of my own of how I wanted my hair to lookYour stylists are supposed to be trained professionalsI had a picture of what I wanted and we discussed my expectationsWhat I left with was a far cry, not even close, to what we discussed
I was so excited to get this done for my fianceAll I wanted to do is get home and play with my new style to get it just right and that's when the devastation hit me
I appreciate the fact that you are willing to fix it but no thanks

I am looking at theses pictures and I can not see what you are talking aboutI see a person that looks very happy with her color, I can not justify you refund, reasons being, I seen how it looked, I seen a happy person, I don't know what the other salon did or did not doFor all I know you could just want your money back cause you changed your mind on your colorYou did not bother to reach out to me, the owner, to look or fix as you say this issueSo once again I will itI will not refund it
