Dear Revdex.com, Our engineer’s report indicated that the vertical supports for the panels were not installed correctlyIt required a minimum of 3” of concrete around each support and many of the vertical supports were right at the edge of the concrete [redacted] , the company that produces the rack system have seen pictures of the installation and indicated the array was not installed to their specificationsWe did not get the array support system that we paid forIt is required in this area to have a snow load of lbs per square foot and Sundog installed a snow load of up to lbs per square footSundog’s own engineer indicated that the front piers did not meet the correct depth of installation for this area and they admitted that the rear right pier concrete had disappeared out of sight when 6” should be above ground, meaning that pier has sunk at least 6”It has never been an issue that we were not producing sufficient power but with the really poor installation of the array this could easily change and the panels could become a danger to our neighbors and their propertiesSnow load alone could stop power in an instant and break the panels and those panels could easily be blown in the strong winds we have here Thank you, [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, Our engineer’s report indicated that the vertical supports for the panels were not installed correctly. It required a minimum of 3” of concrete around each support and many of the vertical supports were right at the edge of the concrete. [redacted], the company that produces the rack system have seen pictures of the installation and indicated the array was not installed to their specifications. We did not get the array support system that we paid for. It is required in this area to have a snow load of 80 lbs per square foot and Sundog installed a snow load of up to 30 lbs per square foot. Sundog’s own engineer indicated that the front piers did not meet the correct depth of installation for this area and they admitted that the rear right pier concrete had disappeared out of sight when 6” should be above ground, meaning that pier has sunk at least 6”. It has never been an issue that we were not producing sufficient power but with the really poor installation of the array this could easily change and the panels could become a danger to our neighbors and their properties. Snow load alone could stop power in an instant and break the panels and those panels could easily be blown in the strong winds we have here.  Thank you,[redacted] Revdex.com:
