This park is neat and well kept visually. With that said I would not recommend staying on the specific street I was rented. The neighbor constantly played loud music at all hours. The manager (that lived on the other side of this guy) just commented that he is a musician and never once asked the guy to stop. Even though the park is listed as 55+, I noticed many that appeared younger and a percentage looked almost like vagrants.
I rented a space for a short time and left, but I would not consider staying for all of snowbird season.
