I am sorry that [redacted]as had problems with her used auto. When we sold this auto to her it had been ran through a garage and had a West Virginia State inspection done on it. We have never put honey in any motor that we have sold. She has not contacted us about this issue. The last time we saw...

her she had a transmission mount that was broken from running over something. We put new bolts in it and fixed it for free. She could have bought and extended warranty at the time of sale but chose not to. This is a used auto. It was a 2000 model with 111,730 miles on it. This vehicle was not new it was fifteen years old. I try to help every customer when they have problems but [redacted] didn't even call us or ask for help.
