The vehicle is a Chevy Cruze The paperwork was signed Saturday, November 5, and the car was delivered to my work on Monday, November 7, It was paid for in cash ($2700) and the balance was a cashier's check which I gave my salesman upon the delivery of the car.The
purchase agreement was in my car during one of my trips to the dealership for repairs I do not have a copy There was some warranty on the car The repairs Matick made had to be redone by another dealership (same issues - electrical and leaks). I have been trying to track down the title as I still do not have it I spent hours on the line with the Secretary of State - they DO NOT have the paperwork from Matick Chevrolet It turns out they never filed it, and were to do it today Ironic, huh? They were threatening to have a vehicle still titled in their name declared abandoned and impounded by the City of Redford. *** ** *** (the above cc is my attorney who is preparing a demand letter)
