multiple circumstances, Mr [redacted]’s job extended beyond the estimated time of completion.Per Mr [redacted] complaint, he was asking for his system to be installed by February 8, 2017. Sundrop Solar spoke with and scheduled his installation for January 27, 2017. When the installation team arrived at Mr [redacted]’s home, he told the installation team he did not want it installed. The install Manager called Mike, the General Manager at Sundrop and Mike spoke directly with Mr [redacted].Mike spoke with Mr [redacted] that morning and apologized for the delay in installing his system. Mike informed Mr [redacted] that not only were we installation an upgraded system from a 10.6 kW to an 11.6 kW system at no extra cost, but that Sundrop would cover his last 3 electric bills in full. Mr [redacted] felt that was not sufficient and asked for not only the above, but a $10,000 discount. Those terms were not feasible. After speaking with Mr [redacted] for several more minutes, a mutual understanding could not be agreed upon and Sundrop left Mr [redacted]s home.Mike B[redacted] General Manager Sundrop Solar LLC

I met personally with [redacted] and [redacted] on 12/31/16.  There were a few details that I felt we needed to discuss in person and what led up to where we were at with their project. We discussed their job in detail and where we were with it and when their job would be completed.  I feel...

both sides understand much better how and why things transpired and we both lookforward to completing the project.  I believe the [redacted]'s were satisfied with our meeting. If you need any further information, please let me know.  I am sure the [redacted]'s would concur that ourmeeting helped resolve any concerns as well.

As of this date, we have not been contacted by Sundrop Solar to resolve this issue.  Nothing has changed from our original complaint!  A copy of the contract is being sent by mail. [redacted]

Hello,I could not determine how to respond to my compliant via your website other than contacting you by this email address.  I hope this is acceptable. The company, SunDrop Solar, that I filed the compliant against, resolved the issue as of yesterday afternoon, 6/5/17.Thank you so much for your...

assistance in this matter.  I do not think they would have responded without your support.Sincerely,Gary P[redacted]

Being an [redacted] customer we would never tell a homeowner we could cover a guaranteed percentage of an electric bill since [redacted] rates are based on their new Demand fee which is completely in the control of the homeowner.  The system size that was recommended for the [redacted] is based on the...

information the [redacted] provided during their initial appointment.  You will see (per attached) we recommended (and installed) a very modest 3.18 kW system along with upgraded insulation for the homes attic.  During the initial meeting the [redacted] wanted their old solar thermal pool heating system removed from their roof (was not operational) and a new electric pool heater installed.   The billing dollar amount the [redacted] claimed that was told is not what [redacted] bills at.  Homeowners are thoroughly explained [redacted]'s new solar billing plan (E-27) what their on and off peaks rates are and the importance of the demand fees and times. We would be glad to discuss with the [redacted] exactly how [redacted] bills.  The demand meter the [redacted] speak of is to assist the homeowner in controlling their demand usage. The demand level is completely controlled by the [redacted] and not only was a walk through provided but we offer a video online not to mention they can call our office and get assistance at any time.  The pool heater has been scheduled to be installed multiple times.  The first two times when a contractor went to the home, they were not allowed access to the yard (either by the homeowners or no gate access, locked).    We show correspondence with the [redacted] as early as 7/28/17 working to schedule another appointment to have the pool company go out and start the pool heater project.  We hope that the [redacted] assist in working with scheduling to complete the last portion of their project as well as set an appointment to have a representative speak with them in person regarding their electric bills

I canceled my contract with in the alloted time frame and they still processed the loan paper work. This was an error on their part & they agreed to fix it. I have been trying to get them to credit the loan company so my account can be cleared but they have yet to do so. It has been almost 3 weeks w/nothing pending. I even have a complaint filed w/Green Sky to dispute the charge.

very poor customer service.

Can you please contact me. We have a client who paid them and they never installed the panels. Richard Feferman, attorney, Albuquerque, 505 243 7773, [email protected]. We are looking for other customers who have been defrauded.

My husband and I are very happy we got solar for our home. The company went out of there way to keep us informed about every thing that was being done. They answered all of our questions. The work was completed on time. A great company to work with. We are on a fixed income and it is great to not have to worry about our electric bill each month. We feel getting solar on our home is the best thing we have done for our home and to help with global warming..

Our experience with Sundrop has been outstanding. We had solar on our previous home in California with another company. Our experience with them was very good, but we have to say that Sundrop has been even better. The installation was scheduled quickly and all the work was done on time. The crew that installed the panels was professional and answered all of our questions. There have been no problems with the installation and the performance of the panels. We do recommend that homeowners who live in an area with a lot of pigeons and doves contact a bird control company to install barriers that exclude pigeon/dove nests under the panels. We did not do it right away and eventually the doves discovered the protection of the solar panels and started making their nests. Once we had the pigeon barriers installed, there was no further pigeon problem. Overall, we recommend Sundrop Solar as a solar panel installer. We shopped around and decided that Sundrop offered the best price and the best service.

I had SunDrop Solar install a solar electric power system, at my home, this last summer (2015).

The installers were very professional and well coordinated.

The whole install process went very smooth with each worker knowing his portion of the install and the next installer

taking up his tasks as his turn came up, just like a well oiled machine.

The whole process of understanding what is involved to have Solar installed, from the financial piece to the actual

installation and hook up, was well explained and done, every step of the way.

I am very happy to have Solar power at this time, not only has my electric bills been drastically reduced but

the value of my home has also been increased. The panels are not even visible from the street and the control

panels are neatly installed out of site.

I highly recommend Solar Power and especially with SunDrop Solar as the company to help set it all up.

Review: We signed a contract for the installation of a ground mounted solar panel array on August 1, 2015. Sundrop Solar's salesman and their literature indicate that most projects are completed in 90 days. They received payment of over $19,000 (1/2 of the total cost) as a mobilization fee in early August. It is now day 205 since we signed the contract and day 75 since the plans were approved by the City of Tucson. The permit is good for 180 days. We have requested a schedule for project completion numerous times and to this date have not received one. As of last Friday, 2/19/16 all that had been completed was the excavation of (12) 4 ft. deep holes that have been exposed since 1/31/16, and a 50' long by 18" wide trench which makes it impossible to use our garage. On 2/19/16 the posts were set and we were told that concrete would be delivered today, 2/22/16. Concrete was not delivered; we were not informed until late this afternoon (after we reached out to them) that it will not be delivered until Friday 2/26/16. In the meantime, we measured the spacing of the columns and determined they do not match the design documents. Needless to say, we are a bit more than frustrated and would appreciate help with getting a project completion timeline and the project completed. Our personal plans have been affected by this since November as we cannot plan anything until this project is completed. Project progress photos are available if needed. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Project completion timeline and the project completed.

please contact me. I have a client who experienced similar problems, and we are looking for other customers as witnesses to their breaching their promises. Richard Feferman, attorney, Albuquerque, 505 243 7773. [email protected].
