I
am attaching the receipt for my replacement windscreen that was damaged
by one of your workers at the construction site on Austin Blvd July
8th. As you can see from the receipt the cost of the actual repair was
much more than my insurance deductible of $100. No doubt my insurance
premium will increase because of this so I am requesting that your
company reimburse me the full amount of $384.59.

I have read the response from Sunesis and find it unacceptable. I take exception with the comment that they are not certain the incident took place on their construction site at Austin Blvd. They need to more closely supervise their workers so that nothing like this happens in the future. I gave the exact date and time that the incident occurred so they could pinpoint the worker that caused the hot grinding sparks/dust to spray across Austin Blvd.
If Sunesis does not offer me what I requested in my last communication then I will NOT accept their resolution. I hope that you post this complaint on the Revdex.com's website so other drivers can take more caution when driving through Sunesis's construction sites.

Sunesis Construction received the additional concerns to complaint ID [redacted] in a letter from your office dated Friday, August 01, 2014.
We acknowledge the customer's concerns and have issued a check for $100, covering the out of pocket cost to the customer shown on the work order receipt. At this point Sunesis Construction will not take any more action with regards to this complaint as we are uncertain that this issue occurred on our project.

Business owner contacted Revdex.com and stated that he sent a $100.00 refund to customer on Friday.
