To Whom it May Concern: We are sorry for the delay in responding but the complaint letter was sent to our sister dealership and they had no record With regard to the complaint, it should be noted that we provide all customers with copies of signed documents at the time of the saleIn
this particular case, the only document for which an electronic signature was captured was for the Retail Installment Contract which was submitted to the lenderAll other documents were signed on paperIn the event the customer does not have a complete print out of this document, we will be happy to provide an additional copy for her records upon request Sincerely; *** A*** Executive Manager Bill Kay Nissan

Mr*** brought in his Saturn Vue with miles, for a GM special policy to replace the ignition lock cylinderThe technician who worked on the vehicle noted at time of repair that the remotes to open the vehicle were not workingThe technician replaced the ignition lock cylinder
and cut a new keyThe old key was worn down and very thin and because of the misshape of this old key the door locks were also worn down and misshappedThe new freshly cut key would not work in the damaged door locks consistentlyThe key would turn the drivers door lock intermittentlyBecause these additional repairs would not be covered by General Motors, Bill Kay quoted Mr*** $to replace the door lock and replace the remotesMr*** was upset about the costBill Kay offered to perform the repair, as a gesture of goodwill understanding that this is a large amount to spend on a vehicle that is probably not even worth $600, for $Bill Kay is still willing to perform these repairs for $should Mr*** wish to have the work completedThis vehicle also has a massive exhaust leak and may not pass Illinois emissions testingBill Kay would also be willing to assist Mr*** if he would like to purchase a newer vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: the vehicle has had over 4,000 dollars in work done to it in the last 3 months, with a brand new engine, transmission, ball joints, control arms, bushings, sway bar, sway bar links, 4 new hubs, brakes, axles, and tie rods. The funny thing is now the vehicle won't even start. Good job guys and I got the remotes working again. I don't understand why they want 600+ dollars to fix something that only costs them roughly 150 dollars. The key worked fine before they did this. The remotes worked fine also. Liars and thieves
Sincerely,
Jesse [redacted]
