I did not think it was possible for a company to be this irresponsible and poorly managedFor a management company, Sunflower is awfulCommunication with their office is a nightmareEvery single time you ask them for information they will give you an answer and then a contradiction a day later
For instance, we have PAID a pet deposit for our catSunflower is now saying we must find a new home for our cat, despite paying a pet deposit and receiving EXPLICIT PERMISSION to have our cat
Similar issues have happened throughout our leaseAnother example; we asked if we could pay our rent a day later because of paycheck timing issuesWe were told that would be fineThen the next day we get smacked with a late fee
I do not recommend Sunflower to anyone but my enemiesHorrible, horrible companyI have lost all trust and respect for the staff and wish for their doors to close forever, if only to keep the rest of the populace safe from their shady business tactics

Did not receive security deposit backWaited days for refund of security deposit Sunflower is lying and charging me for things so they don't have to give me back my security deposit They are charging me $for "damage" Paint walls ( Isn't this wear and tear - I lived there for over years)Clean $and I have video of a very clean apartment when I left$ for carpet cleaning$for Lock and Key charge and $for fixing a broken dog food clogged sink when I was broken after I moved out and I didn't have a dog
