Sunflower Tech Store

I purchased a reconditioned HP laptop through *** from them. The company name on the site was "Sunflower Tech Store." I had issues with it so requested a return. They agreed. I then returned it. Approximately a week and a half later, on the 16th of July, 2020. I contacted them about my refund of $595.21. They said they had not received it. I sent them the tracking number and info stating that they had indeed received it on the 13th of July at 10:41 am at the front desk. They then said they had just gotten it. I said no, they had it since the 13th as proven. They then said they needed my password. I explained that I had set the unit to factory specs before sending it back. But, against my better judgement, I gave it to them anyway to speed up my return. Nothing from them. I then contacted *** and they initiated an inquiry. Now, it's July 25th, continued exchange between the seller and myself and they are not issuing a refund because of the "inquiry by ***." I have spoken to *** on numerous occasions and they assure me of a refund. This is no way to do business. If they had issued me a refund as promised from the beginning, instead of excuses, I would never have gotten *** involved. As of today, I still have not received my refund. I have posted a product review on *** explaining the issue so others won't be duped.
