We had our solar installed around years ago and bought the system from a now defunct company called SuperGreen SolutionsSuperGreen subcontracted SunFusion solar to do the installationSeveral weeks ago, we started noticing the racks that the panels are sitting on are sinking into the ceilingThe work is supposed to have a year warranty, but they refuse to answer my emails requesting their help identifying and resolving the issue

We have Installed a Megawatt of Solar in 1 Month that''s 3680 Renasola 305''s.
SunFusion Solar also installed in the electrical system of 1 - 4160 Meter section, 1 - 4160 Distribution gear, 1 - 4160 to 480V Transformer, 1 - 800A AC Disconnect, 1 - 2000A Solar Gear.
Solar Field includes 4 - 400A Load centers, and 46 SMA 24000TLUS.
System is ready to Go good job to the crews of SunFusion Solar for your hard work.
We have received 3 other referrals from the owner of this project moving forward a 300kW, 2MW, and a 1MW all Farmers with Agricultural needs of relief from high utility rates.
Farmers are looking after the consumer by going solar and lowering the cost of business.
I paid for my Blueberries at Costco when I started this project and felt great doing it as I supported this Farmer in going Solar.

I've had my 60 solar panels for over 13 years. After the labor warranty ran out (after 10 years), from another company that installed the panels, calls were not returned when I needed repair. So the search was on to find a solar company that would maintain the solar panels I had. Some after market (& warranty) issues involve shorted panels and faulty inverters. After negative experiences with 3 local companies, I sought recommendations from the Revdex.com listings. Sunfusion seemed promising when, after I sent an email to them, within 1 hour, [redacted] emailed me back. Within a week, [redacted] determined the problem, ordered the new inverter and installed it. Excellent service and I am very pleased! As a senior & a widow, I HIGHLY recommend this company for integrity and excellence in knowledge with solar.
Sorry to see an undeserved negative review for Sunfusion Solar. It's easy to point fingers and make a statement. It's more difficult to explain WHY and for that lack of explanation, the previous review is null and void!
