I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as refund amount is correctI request immediate refund by check. For the record, my statement is 100% correct.The fact is they installed the wrong equipment to start with Garber did not strive to satisfy the customer (me)There are several things that could have happened betterCommunication was continually short and dismissive, or I would not have went to the Revdex.comI never accused Garber of damaging my vehicleWe know it was *** ***.

Mr *** vehicle does have accidents registered on the CarfaxIt appears that there where not (one appears to be a double entry of the same accident) of them does indicate it resulted in an airbag deploymentThese accidents where years ago and approxmiles agoMr
*** has acknowledged with our personnel here that he has experienced NO adverse issues with the truck, there are not now nor has he ever had a performance issue, no airbag lights nor indicators have ever been presentThere are no safety issues of any kind known to be present, according to the customerShould an airbag issue arise we would be more than happy to address it with the customer.Mr*** indicated to Management here at the store he was made aware of the blemish on the Carfax during his decision making process of whether to return the vehicle to the financing bank due to his desire to rid himself of his payment. The customers statement is for the most part correctHe did contract to have shelves and ladders installedWe installed as we agreed and the customer did not like the style upon installationWe reinstalled to the customers specificationsUpon reinstallation HE changed his mind about
wanting them at all and had them removed.The dealership has fully honored everything we agreed to do at each step of the way, it would be our belief that we could not have done anything differently to satisfy this customerIf a refund is his request we stand fully ready to honor that request.Regarding damage to his vehicle , we performed no work , nor did we damage his vehicle , we would suggest he that his issue in this regard be taken up with whomever he believes DAMAGED his vehicle.As always Garber Automall strives to satisfy every customer.Many Thanks*** * ***General Sales Manager

I feel that the right thing to do is to provide a second key fob and clean up the vehicle for this customer.  On a side note, any further verbal communication with any Garber Automall employee does not need to be profanity laced dialog as we have previous experienced in the recent past.
