We will be applying for Permission to Operate Mr. Jauregui's system with his local utility by April 18th, *** and should receive permission from the utility around one week laterThe goodwill payment promised to help offset some of his electrical expenses will be received 2-weeks

In May, we made the decision to put solar on our house in Discovery Bay, CAWe asked for proposals from different solar companies- *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** As a veteran of the Solar Industry, I knew the right questions to ask and had a good idea of what I was looking for in the proposalsAfter weeks of tough negotiations, Sungevity came out as the clear winner on cost, product and service*** Sungevity's installer, did the home visit on 5/31/16, and the one day installation on 6/21/(if we had been available, the installation could have been done on 6/17/16)We then passed inspection on 6/22/and the system went live on 6/27/Sungevity met or improved on all commitments they made to us and, as a result, we qualified for *** *** ***One of the most important reasons for this excellent experience were the Sungevity and *** team's led by our Sales Manager, *** ***She was awesome! Very knowledgable and always available to answer my numerous questions and concernsI highly recommend Sungevity

This notification, plus the fact that I have been strung along for months with regard to this payment makes me dubious about trusting SUNGEVITY'S word. But since the Revdex.com is now fully appraised of the situation, which it seems that the SUNGEVITY representative, *** ***, neglected to disclose to the Revdex.com, I hoping that the Revdex.com will help SUNGEVITY keep it's promise to me made via the Revdex.com's good help. their customer service representative have, so far answered all my questions and have gained my confidence, they are very patient and volunteer information without me knowing what to ask I am excited about completing the instalation of the solar panels and sharing the results with my friends and neighbors

We've received the above-referenced complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respondSpecifically, Mr*** had concerns regarding Sungevity's customer service regarding his
solar installationWe've reviewed Mr***'s installation timeframe and inquiries about our customer service during the installation phase of the solar installation, and while we agree it was slower than we'd expected (sale date was 8/28/2013, installation was 1/8/2014, inspection 4/11/2014) we do want to point out that the solar system is in fact installed and operational as of this dateAdditionally, in addition to our calling Mr*** to explain that we were delayed in moving his project to completion, we apologized for the delay and sent gift cards in the approximate amount of the savings we estimated his solar system would have saved had it been operational as we'd anticipatedI and other managers, and his dedicated project manager, have been in communication with Mr*** throughout this process and provided updates on next steps and timelines, as well as apologies
We're happy to have provided and installed a valuable solar system for the *** family and appreciate their patience while we finalized their systemIn conclusion, it's certainly our goal to make going solar as fast and easy as possibleWe are happy to further discuss this matter with the Revdex.comPlease let me know if I can provide further information at any time

Hi Revdex.com,*** *** had a splice box that was paved over with concreteThis has recently been uncoveredWe are now waiting for their local utility to provide a swap and disconnect dateWe expect to have this soonOnce this has taken place we will be able to fill the hole and get closer to
interconnecting the system to the gridThere are no changes to *** *** initial agreement

I have re-reviewed the install with our quality teamWe are confident this system has been built to plans and with the highest qualityDue to these reasons as well as verbiage previously outlined from the contract we are confident we have provided our end of the agreement fully and will not be taking any additional actionWe are glad to hear that the customer has hired a contractor to help address their potential gutter issues.
