SunHarvest Solar Reviews (9)

We did respond to Mrs. [redacted] multiple times, and offered multiple solutions that were not accepted. Mrs. [redacted] signed a contract that clearly defined the savings and financial obligations. We would never promise a certain electricity bill, since the electricity that is demanded every month can and...

does change based on the habits of the occupants of the home. Mrs. [redacted]'s energy usage increased which is why the solar power produced is no longer sufficiently offsetting her energy consumption. Mrs. [redacted] signed a lease that is owned by SunPower, and it cannot be altered to meet her expectations. Mrs. [redacted] has been treated very kindly, and with excellent customer service. I would be happy to make accommodations for Mrs. [redacted] to try and better her experience, however what she is asking for is not possible to accomplish. We pride ourselves on transparency, and ethical transactions. Mrs. [redacted] may be convinced we are lying, however, the lease agreement that she signed is the lease agreement that she signed. Mrs. [redacted] can produce the lease document, as can we, as can SunPower. We cannot alter the lease agreement, and we never would lie to any customer. Consistency is key, and we hope Mrs. [redacted] will stop bad mouthing us, because we have bent over backwards to try and appease her. If she wants lower energy bills, she needs to reduce the power consumption to what it formerly was when the lease agreement and proposal were presented and signed in agreement.

Fact: Dylan J[redacted] told us we would have $28 APS bills if we went with Sunharvest/SunPower.
Fact: Since we have had the panels put on, our bill has NEVER been that low.
Fact: We have been deceived by this organization and I will continue to share my experience until I no longer have breath.
Opinion:  Sunharvest is not worthy of any awards concerning ETHICS.

Sun Harvest Solar is a great company they installed my solar panels ect on my home and everything is perfect. I now have a average APS bill of only $29 est dollars every month. It was well over $300 a month prior. They are quick/ precise and honest. I have referred several other people to them.

The entire SunHarvest Solar staff has made every available attempt to satisfy this customer. The customer has been unwilling to accept or acknowledge the increase in energy consumption, which has a direct correlation to the increase in energy bills. We attempted to provide a free energy consumption analysis in an effort to recapture wasted energy use, and provide free installation of LED lamps, sun shades, and other energy saving products. This offer still has yet to be considered as an option by the customer. We have tried to provide all available and practical options in an effort to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
We at SunHarvest pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty in every aspect of our business. We designed a system that would offset the current energy use. The customer agreed to the lease, and signed the contract based on the information they provided. We installed the exact system to offset that energy demand. The customer's energy demand increased, which lowered the amount of energy that was offset. This is just math, and the solution is a simple one. Lower the energy demand, get lower bills. We are extremely sorry that this customer will not accept our only option to satisfy the issue, and put it behind us. We will continue to leave the option available in the event they have a change of heart or thought.
We are diligent in listening to our customer's needs and desires, and will continue to do so. At times we are put in the position to provide technical education, or correct certain technical misconceptions. This is one of those times when we cannot provide the answer the customer is seeking, only because we cannot provide inaccurate information, or bend our ethical business practices to suffice this perceived inadequacy in customer service.

Dylan J[redacted] gave us a proposal with a high electric bill offset (93%), then they changed the offset on the lease (68%). We didn't notice and signed the lease because the lease payment was the same. So I'm paying what they told me I would pay, but I'm not getting the solar benefit they said I would. Dylan said my APS bills would be about $28 every month. Not true. He said I wouldn't have to watch my usage and my solar panels would cover almost everything. Not true. Gary Held claims he met with us before and had given us that proposal earlier, and that Dylan gave us an accurate one. All lies, never met the guy. They don't admit any wrong doing, and I can't prove it. They just flat out lie, and they don't even care. Brandon Cheshire and SunPower wasted their time and mine inquiring about the situation, but didn't actually DO anything. If you are looking to do business with honest, trustworthy people, SunHarvest Solar is not the organization for you. Look elsewhere.

[redacted] and the SunHarvest Solar crew did an outstanding job installing our solar panels. SunHarvest explained the process in detail. They organized a roofing company, designed the layout, installed the panels and assisted with the utility company connection process. They did everything and we just had to review and sign. We didn't have to worry about anything, great experience. Now we look forward to our utility bills each month!

Working with SunHarvest Solar has been a better-than-ideal experience. [redacted], [redacted], and the team are experts in the technology, reliable, dependable, and accessible. We bid out our project to over 10 qualified solar installers, and SunHarvest was not only the lowest-priced, they also provided the highest value of equipment and service. Our annual expense using solar ended up being LESS than our annual electric utility costs, so we started saving money right from the start, with NO MONEY DOWN on a solar loan that allowed us to OWN our own equipment (so I'm not tied to a lease). We couldn't be happier with our savings, and the whole experience.

I would highly recommend Sun Harvest Solar. They put up my solar panels and I only have good things to say about them. They did a great job, they were efficient, right on time, very friendly and courteous. They have their hearts in what they are doing, and I love their dedication to the solar cause.

SunHarvest Solar added to our existing solar array and added a new array. Our existing array was not running as efficiently as was possible, due to the way it was initially wired. When shade from the neighbor's house hit it in the afternoon, more of the array was knocked out than should have been. The SunHarvest installers noticed this (we were unaware) and fixed the problem by wiring the array together in a different way at not extra charge. Now, we are getting greater efficiency from the pre-existing solar. I was so impressed by the installers commitment to helping me get the most out of my solar. Everyone we worked with at the company was great. The job was completed in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend SunHarvest Solar.
