I have been dealing with Infineon Technologies support on behalf of my workplaceFrom beginning to end, this has been a grueling and unrewarding processIn order to seek out an answer to my very simple inquiry regarding identifying an International Rectifier diode by the codes printed on it - codes I would sincerely hope have some identification purpose and are not instead arbitrary numbers without meaning - I had to first go through a live chat session with an agent who, while very friendly, kind, and I am sure doing their best, could not help at all and advised me to email my detailed inquiry with photos to [email protected] response to that detailed email, I got an auto response that "With this confirmation, we will process your inquiry as soon as possible." Twelve hours later, at midnight in my region, I received another email, signed from Trinh D***, the agent who was unable to help me in live chat or at least someone with the exact same name, directing me to an online form consisting almost exclusively of irrelevant questions that required answers, such as our industry, our estimated annual production volume, and the product name (which is MY question)I filled out that form to then get another auto email reviewing my entered information and emphasizing that by replying and continuing to seek support (of which I feel I have received absolutely none to this point) I would be agreeing to allow my personal information to be "used for sales promotion and market research by Infineon Technologies and its licensed distribution partners." I had a question - one that should have been very simple for the company that contains the manufacturer of this product - and now, to even get a single response actually regarding my question from an actual person, I have to agree to give them carte blanche to use my information for sales? Against my better judgement, I replied over and a half hours ago because we need this part identified and a route to order it in order to do our jobThusfar I've heard nothing back, and, from my experiences, I expect that if I ever do, it will be of very little help

I bought several boxes of steaks back in Oct.2015 and found them to be tough and somewhat tasteless , one box in particular was gristly and useless to us. Called the company several times and on the last call spoke to Mario who assured me he would get back to me , still waiting on that promise..... I ended up throwing out 200.00 dollars worth of steaks. Do not want anything from the company because , from all the posted complaints , I know that they will not try to resolve complaints. What I do want, is to warn others of this unscrupulous company and the employees, who evidently have to do what they do to have a paycheck. Sad situation .
