The rain from June Hydrolocked the engine Service mechanic says it is not covered bye the warranty and that I should avoid driving in the rain
Approximately a month ago I purchased a Dodge Challenger two days ago we had rain, not excessive rain just the regular rain that is associated with this region On my way home (during the rain) the car completely stoped on me The first thing I did was to call the sales person, he told me that the best thing to do would be to leave it alone and call a tow truck I waited till the next day to see if the car would simply dry and restart, this did not happen I called *** they provide the services for towing the vehicles The car was taken to the nearest dealer with is viva dodge on *** *** and gate way *** This morning I received a call from the service department and the told me that the engine was hydrolocked and that I needed a new engine He proceded to tell me that this is not covered by the manufacturers war

In or about the first week of July of Sunland Park Fiat started performing engine repairs on my Fiat Abarth
A sum of $6,paid on July 21, for the repair services which included: labor, parts, and a year/100k mile warranty on the engine
About weeks later the engine went down again with about 1k miles of useAs per Sunland Park Fiat's recommendation I directed the towing company to tow the car to the nearest Fiat Dealership Service Department (Cutter Fiat on Honolulu, Hawaii)
After inspection, Cutter Fiat found that the culprit was due to workmanship practice (an engine timing component left loose)
Various attempts have been made to have both the Service Advisor *** & Service Manager *** to come up with a solution honoring Sunland Park Fiat Service Department repair warranty
No response has been provide

The business will not fix an issue with the doorDuring servicing they got ink on my white interior
I have been repeatedly bringing my car in to fix an issue with the rear,driver side doorDuring the first attempt, they said they would order the partThey never called meI checked in nearly a month later to make an appointmentI waited all day for them to do the serviceAt the end of the day they told me that the part was damaged during shippingThis happened three timesWhen they finally did the service, my car was returned with blue pen ink on the white leather, on the passenger *** I have also been pointing out a problem with the front door sealThey are denying bothI attempted to clean the mark they told me that they will and can clean itI brought it back to themThey weren't able to get it out and they are not willing to compensate for it

I called the 800 number and explained my situation in it's entirety. The lady on the phone swore up and down that thy work with all types of credit. It was a sales antic. Then I spoke to [redacted] and upon explaining to him what I had already explained on the phone he still ran my credit report knowing that I automatically was disqualified. I explained to him that I understand sales antics, but professionally, they could just be honest like I was with them. He proceeded to state, "That's the way the cookie crumbles". Very unprofessional. I get that I have a poor credit score and I am working on making it better, but to be rude and unprofessional is completely unnecessary.
