Purchased a [redacted] back in Feb was told this vehicle was covered under the bumper to bumper factory warranty...well let's just say middle of July my year old opened my back door as we were driving down the interstate, took my car into my local [redacted] delarship to have the child locks looked at, they advised me my car had been in an accident and that my warranty would not cover thisSunlight auto admitted to [redacted] that my car had been in an accident but they would not offer to repair itThe manager Robert has been avoiding my calls and messages, and I keep getting promised they are looking into what can be done, this has been going on almost a month now and now answer as to how my car will be fixedI feel as though I was lied to, on the bill of sale it states manufacture warranty still active, well it's not!! This vehicle is not safe for my children, you would think a dealership would want to do that right thing, but apparently the safety of children is not a top priority for them! Since dealing with Robert, I was passed onto Eric and he was actually decent to work withHe offered to have us come out over the weekend and they would pay my lost wages, hotel, gas, and rental car and they would fix my car over the weekend, or we could transport by semi to their shop and they would supply me with a rental while they were fixing my carWell right after he offered this I was passed onto Egor or something like thatHe has been impossible to deal with, now the only thing they will offer is to transport my car by semi and half of the car rental costThis was not my fault to begin with, Sunlight auto made the decision to fix the [redacted] cheaply and not put the right door back on before I purchased it, why should I be out any money!!I would like Sunlight Auto to pay my local dealership [redacted] to fix my vehicle

Company responded by phone to Revdex.com staff- [redacted] Julia from the company called and states that this was an, "As Is,"consumer purchased the vehicle months agoShe bought it in February and had problems in July Consumer is having issues with her child safety locks on her [redacted] The company said the consumer could come down there and they will fix it and they will pay for her hotel, since the consumer is in IowaThey have also offered to pick up vehicle and split the price of the rental car The door was replaced with another door from another [redacted] due to small collision damage, because of that the door is not covered by the warranty

The company said the consumer could come down there and they will fix it and they will pay for her hotel, since the consumer is in Iowa. They have also offered to pick up vehicle and split the price of the rental car. 
The door was replaced with another door from another [redacted] due to small collision damage, because of that the door is not covered by the warranty.
