Sunline Energy and the customer in reference have had a series of emails in attempt to resolve this issue We have also copied the Revdex.com during this continued correspondence and still haven't received a response from the customerThis customer owes us for work performed and is attempting to
utilize this complaint to the Revdex.com to extort money from Sunline EnergyThis is in addition to the libel and slander acts towards our company in an attempt to get an already installed service panel and performed services, free of chargeSunline Energy will not pay off a customer to get a complaint removed and to receive a positive review If you would please look back to the correspondence attached you can clearly see that we have every contractual right to pursue them for additional payment dueSunline Energy is attempting to avoid legal action with this customer and we do appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com in any future legal action that could developWe have not received a response and feel we have been more than fair in our attempt to put this behind us Written clearly on the contract was the additional service panel upgrade for $ Many emails prior to the installation were exchanged explaining the need for the service upgrade and the additional costAfter agreeing they no longer want to pay for the work completed We would prefer to resolve this issue, but will be forced to pursue legal action if an agreement can't be reached
