I compared companies and SunLux had the best equipment warranty (25yrs), roof leak warranty (10yrs) and labor warranty (25yrs) Their sales representative, Ralph F*, was very nice, informative and professional Their project coordinator, Sarah C [redacted] , was very responsive and made the process very smooth They are a professional company and they took care of any issue that came up through the installation I would use them again

SunLux has a great product and the sales process was informative and low pressureInstallation took longer than expected and there was an extra cost for upgrading our electrical panel

Our sales Rep Mark T [redacted] was really nice and walked us through the entire process during our solar hunt The rest of the team kept us updated on what was going on behind the scenes We financed solar, and I was upset that I had to open an account with another bank Going to have to put the foot work in later to close the act once our loan is paid off The installation was seamless and the installers were friendly Sarah C [redacted] took care of everything with our HOA and SDGE That saved me a lot of headacheLooking forward to saving some money with solar

Began solar installation discussions with SunLux in May Had to review contract extremely closely as price salesman Freddy sent in written quotes did not match contract prices Signed contract beginning of July after having SunLux correct their "accidental" price and warranty errors with stipulations work would need to be completed by end of year to take advantage of DWP and Federal Tax Credits Paid $1,down payment on July On August I was asked to sign an Interconnect Agreement for DWP which had an Inverter called out that does not exist in USA On August SunLux Chief Operating Officer, Santomauro, admitted they had made yet another mistake and would have to change the hardware On August SunLux Santomauro and customer agreed upon new inverters that would be used On August SunLux project engineer, Lorena, stated permits had been obtained and setup a 2-day installation for 13-September On September custome

We just had solar panels installedIt was a great experienceAll personnel were courteous and very responsive to our needsThe job was finished in a short period of timeWould highly recommend them

I love to do my research and obtained quotes from more than different installers before selecting Sunlux to install my solar systemOne key piece for making that decision, besides researching all of the equipment and cost, was a result of reading positive reviews much like this oneThe employees answered all of my questions and maintained communication throughout the process to let me know what stage the project was at and what I should expect nextThis was huge for me as several of the steps involved getting permits, submitting plans, and obtaining inspections which don’t necessarily require the customer’s constant participationAs such it would have been easy to feel like nothing was happening or that my project was not moving forward had my project manager not provided those periodic progress updatesFrom start to finish it took just over months from the date I signed the contractThe install itself took a couple days due to rainy weatherMy wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done

After all of the pre-paperwork was signed, the finance approved, and the materials were received, the install team did an outstanding job in installing solar panels on three different sections on my roof and completed the job (as promised) in two days
