We made repairs anyway.We did not charge the customer.2: The city had us include this in our applied permit.We did not charge the customer.3: Upon the Permit by Inspection, the building was deemed out of code and engineering required.We paid for the engineering.We did not charge the customer.4: Numerous delays were not of our doing. IE no materials by property, inspections, paint,  Etc,,,,We did not charge the customer. The complainant only notified us after being sent past due notices.We believe the RM is only trying to have us discount our pricing.After all the initial inspections, the actual permit was not issued until 11/14/2017. We have performed numerous projects at this property since October of 1996 with no problems. This complaint is baseless.  SunmasterServing the Valley since 1970

Their version of facts is completely false. I am not trying to get a reduced price but rather get reimbursement for a project that took 7 months to complete. Their own lack of attention to detail caused them additional costs which they incurred. They were very disorganized which caused several delays which they are blaming other for. On multiple occasions that were notified that they would be paying for the loss of rents that these delays caused. This was communicated to the representative they assigned to our project several times that assured me delivery of the project by November 4th 2016. Again, this outlines their disorganization an inability to complete a project in a timely manner. We are seeking damages of $9,808 in reimbursement for they loss of rents on this project. We will continue to seek full reimburment of funds by any and all means necessary.
