Their version of facts is completely falseI am not trying to get a reduced price but rather get reimbursement for a project that took months to completeTheir own lack of attention to detail caused them additional costs which they incurredThey were very disorganized which caused several delays which they are blaming other forOn multiple occasions that were notified that they would be paying for the loss of rents that these delays causedThis was communicated to the representative they assigned to our project several times that assured me delivery of the project by November 4th Again, this outlines their disorganization an inability to complete a project in a timely mannerWe are seeking damages of $9,in reimbursement for they loss of rents on this projectWe will continue to seek full reimburment of funds by any and all means necessary
