I am a big supporter of small and local businesses as they give people jobs and keeps economy moving but this company should not existMy wife and I was very kind to understand staff shortage to high volume of calls and demand in the summer for HVAC firm but Michelle who called me back hung up the phone on us in middle of the conversationKaren who is also appointment manager did not return multiple messages to resolve scheduling and just keeping us in the loop of statusAs we have elderly person and week old baby, we ask them for firm timeline and scheduleThey did not meet any of themThis all started on June 14, when our outside AC unit stop workingThey did come out next day to inspect however it took them another days to come back to fix this issueSame day after they fixed the outside unit, AC stop working againI was told inside unit coil and blower is brokenIt took another few days of calling to get them back to the house to check what is going onI had a suspicion they might of over pressurized the system and blew the coil but since it was under warranty, I just ask them to replace everything and be doneSo after another days or so, they finally came backThey finally replaced the inside unit and coil yesterday and now half the house power does not workThey are blaming the existing house panel issue and will not repair the power outageThey admit to touching the panel and working on electric to install new unit but do not want to own up to fixing this issue nowHouse never had an electrical issue before and was working find before they touch the panel and worked on the house and now the house is the issue? I am beyond outraged at the service and how they resolve issuesMichelle was impossible to deal with and Karen was never availableThis company need to get new operational staff as inside people are horribleNo clue how they even get any good rating as every time I call, I get a voicemail or on a long holdI do not want anyone else to fall victim to such bad service, communication and bad product so be cautious and I would highly recommend not dealing with this firmI would not trust them to do any service, maintenance, warranty fix nor get a new system as I do not know if they will honor any contract including fixing the actual item you called about or cause secondary issues like having half the house electric to go out

My wife and I was very kind to understand staff shortage to high volume of calls and demand in the summer for HVAC firm but Michelle who called me back hung up the phone on us in middle of the conversation. Karen who is also appointment manager did not return multiple messages to resolve scheduling and just keeping us in the loop of status. As we have elderly person and 14 week old baby, we ask them for firm timeline and schedule. They did not meet any of them.
