To Whom It May Concern: We are contracted from the *** ** *** *** to remove anyone that violates parking procedures. You must have a parking permit to park anywhere in the *** This specific car was not "targeted" and unfortunately wasn't the only car towed.
We have impound lots and some of the vehicles don't make get transported to the main lot before the customers want to pick them up. The signs are clearly posted and as she has stated she didn't have a parking permit. Unfortunately it was a legal tow and there is nothing J.A.R.R Towing & Recovery can do to adjust the price.
