I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I wasn't saying the time wasn't acceptable. Simply that I was awaiting the day. I only have a certain amount of time to respond to the Revdex.com, so I was responding within the time frame in order to keep the complaint open. I will not be closing this complaint until I am fully satisfied that there is no damage to the house, and that there are no roof leaks. The technician said it could not be tested for leaks today as it wouldn't be dry enough to test. Unfortunately I have to wait for rain in order to see that everything is fully sealed on the roof.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Rather than spending so much time on so-called "documenting and recording", why not just be forthright and honest in their business practices. These predators are outrageous. Can you please ask them to PRODUCE their documents and recordings. Why is Sunnova allowed to make false statements without providing any proof? I could purchase a home for the amount they are trying to charge me for solar panels. A 25-year mortgage would be cheaper than their so-called 25-year lease. Their fraudulent business practices need to be litigated. Sunnova's rating with the Revdex.com does not reflect their illegal business practices.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I am not satisfied with the responses from Sunnova. Sunnova keeps calling me telling me there is nothing more they can do. The panels are performing and there is no more room on my roof for more panels. I understand all this. What I don't understand is the original company [redacted] who came to my house to measure how many kWh I needed per year must have measured wrong. I have called my electric company who told me I used 15000 kWh before the solar panels were installed. I did not know this at the time of install but we were set up for a 10000 kWh system. My job is not to sell the product to myself the sales rep is supposed to measure correctly. If we used 15000 kWh why did they set me up for a 10000 kWh system. [redacted] has now been bought out by [redacted] which Sunnova does not work with. So there is no recourse of action to fix this error. Sunnova had another company [redacted] come to my house to rectify the issue. [redacted] can provide a 13562kwh system but the agreement would have to be [redacted] would take off the current panels and install the new system. Sunnova originally agreed but now has not agreed and will not pay [redacted]. So I have take Sunnova's word the panels are functioning properly.  I am am stuck in a 25 year contract for a system that leaves 5000 kWh unaccounted for. I will always have a high electric bill. I just want to be released from my lease and have the panels taken off at Sunnova's expense. I will not be responsable for the $60000 that Sunnova wants to be paid for cancelling the lease. This is crazy I pay $146 for the lease and $370 for utility. This is more then I was paying originally for electric before solar. It has turned out to be a waste of money and I feel taken advantage of. I have made over 35 calls to Sunnova and I am not getting anywhere just a run around that the panels are working correctly. Well if they are working great but why should I have to pay $146 for lease and $370 for electric. Why can't Sunnova try to help anymore then just telling me they are working . Why do they sell solar systems that put people in a higher debt for electric whe the reps are telling the new consumer you will have a minimal electric bill. Sunnova no longer works with the company who bought out the original solar panel company and now it is on me to have to suck it up for the next 25 years these extreme electric bills. What happens in 15 years when the lease of the solar panels is $212.67 per month plus my $370 electric bill and electric goes up $2.00 every year. At one point I will be paying close to $700 to $800 for electric. I DONT THINK SO. Raul in business retention promised to call back...NEVER DIDIgnacio calls but says every time there is no more room on your room for more panels and we can not change the system. So the way I take this is WE GOT YOU...YOUR STUCK IN THIS LEASE NO MATTER WHAT...THIS COMPANY IS REDICULOUS. THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINS AND BAD REVIEWS ONLINE. I AM NOT SURE THERE WILL EVER BE A RESOLVE IN THE CONSUMERS DIRECTION.

  This is to informe you that my complaint with sunnova HAS NOT been resolved. they tried to figure out the problem by compareing past energy bills with more recent ones, but their was little difference if any in past consumption of power and present. Sunnova refuses to concede that they cannot fulfill their garenty to reduse my energy bill, infact the exact oppiset, my bill is 100.00 to 200.00 dollars higher then it was without their product,at this rate it is just a matter of time till nv energy shouts my power off.So I have made the desition to stop my monthly payment to sunnova of 130.00 dollars so that I might be able to pay nv energy what I still owe them, one month past due (October) to keep the power on for me and my family. So like I stated be for I just want to return my situation to the way it was befor sunnova attempted to reduce my energy bill, that would completely satisfy me and my family, Sincerely [redacted]
